Sicarah sat next to Din as he flew the ship dozing off, "it's okay to sleep there's no threat here," he said reaching over and tapping her knee.

"I know," she said, Grogu too had fallen asleep in her strong arms.

"He likes you," Din said.

"I can tell," she said looking down at the small child.

"I still can't help but thank you for saving me," he said.

"I am going to have to keep telling you, you don't need to. You should remember that Lupines are bred to assist. That's why I was enlisted," she said gently standing and placing Grogu down in his bed. "Who thought you would become a father," she huffed a laugh and gently rested her clawed gloves on his shoulders.

"Indeed who would have thought," he said turning his head to look at her.

"Where are we headed?" she asked.

"Nowhere in particular, just thought we needed to lay low after that..." Sicarah interrupted him.

"And you need to heal," she reminded him.

"I am fine," he replied.

"You may hide your face Mandalorian, but you forget I've been around you long enough to know when you're hurting," she growled, if she wasn't wearing her helmet he would have seen her glowing eyes. They touched down in a forested area near a lake. She walked out first stretching her limbs, her senses on overdrive.

"What do you hear?" he asked.

"Nothing, it's silent," she replied, she turned to face him whacking her tail against him. "I don't like it."

"I know it's strange," he replied. They both walked to the lake and sat on the rocky ground, she took off her boots and paddled in the water. "I forgot what peace was like," he laid back on the ground placing his head on his arms and looking up at her.

"Me too," she said walking deeper.

"Careful you don't sink, I won't be coming in there to save you," he told her.

"I'll be fine," she said. After a few minutes, she returned and laid down next to him. "I think this is exactly what you need to heal."

"I am glad you think so," he said, soon Grogu joined them standing next to the Lupine warrior.

"What?" she asked looking at him, he said nothing and wandered over to the water.

"Grogu!" Din growled from under his helmet, Sicarah leapt to her feet and tried to grab him but missed, she chased after him and scooped him up before he could touch the water, "thank you." Sicarah handed him over to Din who took him back to the ship. Her ears twitched as she heard something coming toward them, she shifted and growled as they came closer. Din came rushing out and stood next to her blaster gripped in his hand. "You always were jittery," he said as he watched the figure emerge. "Easy!" he rested a gloved hand on her back calming her.

"So the rumours are true, a bounty hunter has landed here," the young woman said as she cautiously approached the pair, she gingerly wandered around the large beast.

"What can we help with?" he asked.
