Chapter 5

AUTHOR'S  POV

Taehyung was still lost in his thoughts and was thinking of something to make some plan to make this lavender scent Omega come with him to their pack. He knew if he'll lose this chance, he won't get another to make things right.

He would have informed his Head Alpha and parents about this but it would take days for their message to reach back to their pack and god knows what'll happen in the mean time. He couldn't risk it all for something as simple as a bit use of his brain to lure the Omega to his pack.

Yejun was sharp enough to catch his intension if he'll make himself too straightforward advance.

"Do I know you?" Jimin said with his head tilted at the side and looking at the strange yet somewhat familiar Alpha.

"No-o, You just look like someone I know" Taehyung said stuttering, Taemin was behind Taehyung the moment he placed his hand on the Omega's shoulder but he didn't wanted to disturb Taehyung as he knew the Alpha, having met him in the numbers of trip that Taehyung had made to their pack. He knew the Alpha was no harm and also because Jimin wanted to meet one of the Alphas from the Moon Stone pack.

"Oh, What's your name?" Jimin asked with his eye crescent smile making the Alpha smile his boxy smile which rarely is displayed by him. It was just the Jimin effect on him.

"Taehyung, Kim Taehyung. What is your name?" Taehyung asked with his boxy smile still on his face. Other Alphas from the Moon Stone pack were now gathered around them and very surprised to see Taehyung smiling at an unknown omega.

Taehyung never told his name to a total stranger, he would have told them to use his secondary rank to address him. This send all the rest of Alphas including Taemin into alarming state, but no one was brave enough to confront a strong ass Alpha who could rip them into shreds even being Alpha themselves.

"Jimin, Jung Jimin." Jimin replied politely. His voice was soft as feather and was dripping of honey as described by Taehyung. He couldn't believe himself. It was really too much for him. His anger was long forgotten when Jimin started talking to him but the surname Jimin used for himself was more than enough to make his anger comeback with full force.

Taehyung's fist were clenched tightly, maybe it did leave a wound of his nails on his hard skin of palms. His phenomenon would have given away his anger as Jimin scooted a little further away with a slight distress look on his face. As soon as Taehyung saw Jimin's face he calmed himself for Jimin's sake.

Taehyung didn't want to create a scene in front of everyone and lose his chances. Too much for having low patience level. Deep breath Taehyung, deep breath that's what Taehyung was repeating in his mind.

"Nice to meet you chimchim" Taehyung said, Jimin's eyes almost popped out of his sockets when he heard the nickname. This nickname almost felt too familiar to him, he couldn't figure it how but he knew he have had heard it before somewhere, maybe he was being delusional.

"Chimchim?" Jimin asked out of curiosity to know more about this nickname. He thought maybe Taehyung could explain more about why he called him so.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I just wanted to make you feel comfortable so i gave you a nickname. If you don't like it I'll call you by your name" Taehyung answered. This wasn't the answer Jimin was looking for but he felt a total fool to make Taehyung feel bad over so much as a mere nickname.

On the other hand Taehyung was just testing something and he got his answer as soon as he saw the curious look on Jimin's face. He was literally throwing a mini party inside his head... What for..?!  no one knows...!!

"No,no... Its ok. You can call me that. I was just surprised when you gave me a nickname all of a sudden." Jimin replied while flashing his famous eye smile that can make you swoon. Taehyung almost made a mistake of hugging him tight. Almost, yet he stopped himself before doing something stupid, again.

"Alright. Where do you stay Jimin? I mean I've been visiting this pack since long but i didn't see you hear?" Taehyung inquired a little more about how he couldn't find this Omega before in this pack. It felt strange and a bit fishy. Something was definitely not right.

"I stay in a house a little further from the houses in the pack, my Eomma like to have her little space away from other and i usually stay in my room whenever your pack visits that's because my parents don't allow me for so" Jimin replied, being the most honest boy that he was he told Taehyung the truth rather than hiding anything.

By now Taemin was getting more curious as to why Taehyung was inquiring about stuffs, mostly personal information about Jimin. He couldn't figure it out. He even himself didn't knew the reason of Jimin's parents locking him in his room whenever the Moon Stone pack members would visit, he thought they were maybe protecting him from something but he wasn't so sure about it too.

"Then why didn't you asked them about this thing? I mean it's nothing dangerous or anything it's just a casual visit?" Taehyung questioned again. He was behaving like a police officer but he didn't care about it as to know the reason was his first priority now.

"They say that i mean naive and beautiful so other Alphas would try to take me away and also Head Alpha would scold me to be out and not working as he always does" Jimin replied, indeed he was naive and beautiful but he didn't knew that it wasn't the real reason for his locking inside the room.

"What do you mean by Head Alpha would scold you as always?" Taehyung asked, again his anger reaching a new height as he got this information.

"Head Alpha scolds him even when he does most of the work and he would humiliate him in front of the whole pack" Taemin replied instead of Taemin as he himself doesn't like it when their so called "Head Alpha" scolds Jimin in front of everyone even if it wasn't his fault.

"Maybe i could do something about it. Anyways it was so nice to meet you chimchim, I'll see you around" Taehyung said while finally pulling Jimin's pink chubby cheeks and cooing over his cute scrunched nose making him more adorable.

"Bye bye Taetae" Jimin said while waving his hands excitedly. Taehyung was surprised by the sudden nickname but he was giddy and happy that he was special enough for Jimin to have a cute nickname given by him.

Taehyung finally turned around and started walking towards the cottage that was given to the Alphas of Moon Stone pack to rest. He knew exactly what to do and he was confident that his plan will work.

"Seong-Min inform Yejun that there will be immediate meeting in an hour, tell him that our Head Alpha has send a message about the upcoming meeting schedule and it's really important" Taehyung said as soon as he sat on the couch.

Seong-Min nodded and walked out of the cottage to inform the Head Alpha.

Now all he had to do is wait. Wait till an hour and then everything will be as he had planned out. He knew it was last minute but he knew that the Head Alpha won't be able to say no, no matter what.

He sighed as he was definitely tired from all the on going event and he definitely need time to process all these stuffs. He was, is still surprised about the revelation but that doesn't mean he'll let his messed up thoughts get in between his plan.

Time to set things right, time to get some deserving answers and finally time to fight back.
