Rain.
"Heart Attack," answered Raine, "The movie's called Heart Attack."
"What's it about?"
"Um, mostly to do with this robotic girl who was made by this scientist, but she looks and thinks and speaks like a normal human. She just doesn't have a heart. But then this boy comes to the neighbourhood and they fall in love. We're shooting the scene where she tells him she's a robot and can't marry."
"I HAVE to watch that. Anyways, I was saying, The baby is going to be a girl and Bryant and I were wondering if you want to be godmother."
"Of course."
"Thanks!"
"That's all you came to say?"
"I was shopping for baby clothes nearby. Got time to have a quick meal?"
"Sorry, I have to meet the costume designer in two hours and his studio is in Reading."
"Oh, ok. Well, I'll see you around, huh?"
"Yep."
"Bye." Pepper hugged Raine and kissed her on both cheeks. "I'll let you know when she's born."
"Cool. Now go, I've got to finish this paper!"
"Bye!"
As her best friend hurried out, Raine smiled and looked back at her paper. It had the name and address of the costume designer.
