People gathered in the mess hall, the Slytherin, Draco Malfoy sitting with his friends, Pansy Parkinson and Blaise Zabini, and glaring at the Gryffindor, Harry Potter. "I don't know why you care so much about him, ferret." Blaise says, looking at his blonde friend. Ferret is something Blaise would call Draco since they met, it was one of Draco's favorite animals. He didn't mind, as Draco calls him ancient. "Because he gets on my nerves. Pottah is always trying to do better than me. And I can't stand it." Draco says, looking away from the Gryffindor table and to his slightly envious friend. Blaise has had a crush on Draco since 6 months after they met, it made him crazy whenever Draco would talk about the boy. Pansy had joined them at the table just 5 minutes before, joining into the conversation. "Instead of worrying about boys, you should worry about getting a girlfriend." Pansy said, hinting at Draco asking her out with a desperate and sad attempt. "Yeah, no thanks." Draco says, messing with his tie. While Draco was still questioning his attraction to women, he knew he liked guys. After all, he was in love with his best friend, Blaise. Even if they both had feelings for each other, each was just waiting for the other to make the first move.

Yet, neither of them did so, terrified of being rejected or the other being straight and shutting the other away as if a waste of their time. "Malfoy doesn't have to find a girlfriend or anyone to love at the moment. He's a bit stressed so give him space for once, Pansy." Blaise said, putting a hand on Draco's shoulder reassuringly. Draco then blushed and set his head up at his friends comfort. Pansy and Blaise both noticed this, while Blaise smiled, Pansy frowned slightly. Both were in love with their best friend, not the best love triangle. And at the Gryffindor table, a plan was being established.

"Harry, Draco's a prude, you can't just let him get away with taunting you." The red haired, Ronald Weasley said to his friends Harry and Hermione. Hermione was Ron's girlfriend and has been for 3 months. While Hermione was shaking her head at her idiotic and violent boyfriends comments. "He can't just go ahead and 'crucio' him or something." Hermione says, hitting him on the back of the head. "Oww! That hurt." He says, rubbing the back of his head. "Well you're being an idiot." She says, turning back to Harry who was rubbing his temples anxiously. "Will you two stop arguing? I'm not fighting him, Ron." Harry says, looking up at his friends. "Sorry" They say in unison. "Thank you. I'm not feeling well, I'll be going to my room. And if you want someone to fight him, do it yourself." Harry says, getting up and walking out of the mess hall. They only had a few minutes of lunch left as a smile formed on Ron's face. "Ron, I recognize that look on your face, don't do anything too drastic." Hermione says, Ron smiling as he continues to eat. "Too late, just wait at the end of the day. Draco won't know what's coming for him."

That afternoon, Ron kept his promise and knocked on Draco's room door that afternoon, his wand in his pocket. Draco answered the door, looking at the ginger at his door. "What do you want, Weasley?" Draco said, scoffing at the sight of him. "May I come in, I believe we need to talk for a few minutes." Ron says, pushing by the blonde into the room. "What in the bloody hell are you talking about, why would we need to speak to each other?" Draco says, closing the door, annoyed. As soon as the door was closed, Ron pulled his wand from him pocket, yelling spells to hurt Draco in the process. And as Draco was losing his vision and the room around him going black, he heard one last spell being called out. "Expelliarmus!" Though it wasn't Ron's voice, it was a rather worried voice, Blaise's voice.
