My bad boy

Chapter 21

   Pa and Gemini managed to console me. But the wound is still fresh, and it hurts a lot. Everything is prepared for dad's funeral. Tomorrow I will have to let him go. 

AFTER SOME DAYS: 

   It's nearly been a week since dad left me. I still refuse to eat and drink sometimes. But Gemini still makes sure that I had my meal three times a day and that I'm getting good sleep. I pretend to sleep in front of him and end up with tears at night. He's been a good friend by taking care of me these days. Sadly, he doesn't have many friends like Mark. He always ends up having friends who take advantage of his money. That day in the hospital, when I hugged him, he didn't hug me back. Of course, he said comforting words but he didn't hug me. He is still keeping his promise. Never thought I would talk about him this way. I was walking towards the stairs to get to my room, but suddenly felt a hand gripping mine. 

"/worried/ What are you doing?? What are you even thinking that deeply to not see stairs in front of you?? What will you do, if your foot gets hurt and you end up with your head on the stair? It'll hurt a lot if your head will crack open. Be careful while walking, will you??" - Gemini 

"Okay. It's not like I intended to do this. /look at his hand which is in Gemini's/" 

"/takes his hand back, guilt/ Heyii... I'm sorry. I didn't mean to break the promise by touching you. It was just... you were about to get hurt. I didn't have any time to call your name and it was a reflex. I didn't have any intentions behind it." - Gemini

"/calm/ That's okay. I was about to say that from now on you are free from that promise. I know you are trying to prove that you don't mean harm. I can understand that you are not having any ill intentions behind your touch." 

   He did great these days. He used to touch me if it was a necessity. That night made me look at a different face of Gemini. I feel sorry that I didn't understand before judging him. Now that I am aware of how he is, he makes me feel safe. It's good right?? I've got a new friend. I feel safe with him just like how I feel safe with Ai'Ford. Glad that my bully turned out to be my friend. 

AFTER SOME DAYS: 

    I am doing fine. Thanks to my friends to bring a smile to my face again. 

"Gemini, I've kept your uniform and watch. I'll be waiting in the dining." 

"/in bathroom/ Okay... I'll be there in a few minutes." - Gemini 

   I went down and waited for him. The housemaids kept a plate filled with breakfast in front of me. It was mouth-watering. I was about to dig in but then, waited for Gemini. I was looking at it when I felt a face beside mine. 

"Why not eat when your eyes seem so hungry??" - Gemini 

"/shoos his face by pushing Gemini's face to face another side/ That's not funny. I was so scared about who it might be. Why were you standing so close??" 

"/laughs/ I was just telling you to dig in without waiting for me." - Gemini

"Is it okay if we go for a drink today?? I mean if you are busy or if you don't want to then.."

"Why not?? I'll ask Mark too. You can ask Ford. The more the merrier." - Gemini

"Thank you. These days have been hard for everyone because of me. I just want to forget everything for today and I also feel like drinking."

"We've told you Fourth. Don't blame yourself for everything." - Gemini

   Gemini took us to the pub that was owned by his dad. The same pub where I used to work before. I sat on the long couch with Ford beside me. Where as Gemini and Mark in front of me and Ford on their chairs. We all ordered the same which is craft beer. When the waiter placed our orders on the table, Mark asked the waiter get his an empty bottle. I know, you know what he is thinking right now. We all looked at Mark with 'Here we go again' look for which he gave a sheepish laugh.

"Au na tuk khon. Don't give me that look. It's a custom to play The legendary 'Truth or Dare' while drinking, isn't it??" - Mark

"Khun faen kha... If you are drunk then I'm not gonna carry you. Keep this in mind." - Ford

"Ohho.. baby, why so mean?? Anyways I won't drink that much today so don't worry." - Mark

"Will you guys stop acting like an old married couple. I've not even seen P'Earth and P'Mix fight this way."

"Chai kha... All you care is about your ex crush." - Ford
 
"Kids... Calm down." - Gemini
    Mark, Ford, and my eyes fell on the voice of the owner who just said "Kids. Calm down" We all have him a 'who do you think is kid?' look.

"/Laughs/ Okay stop looking at me that way. The waiter has kept the bottle on the table long ago. He also served his other customers and here you guys are, fighting with each other like kids.." - Gemini

"/Taking the empty bottle/ You all know the rules of this game. I know, I don't need to explain again. Just a small change which is, if you choose truth and don't want to answer then you must accept the dare and vice versa. If neither truth nor dare is accepted then you have to chug down the craft beer in one shot. Once anyone reaches up to the limit of 3 then the punishment will be decided for them. So shall we start??" - Mark
 
  We all nodded our head. Mark spun the bottle which halted facing towards me.

"So Fourth?? Truth or dare??" - Mark

"Truth.."

"Do you like someone?? Have you found an alpha for yourself??" - Mark

"One question per round Ai'Mark. As for your first question my answer is 'NO'.."

"Okay then, let's spin it again." - Mark

   Mark spun the bottle again. This time it faced towards Gemini.

"Truth or Dare, Gemini??" - Ford

"Truth.." - Gemini

"Okay, then the same question applies to you too. Have you found an omega for yourself??" - Ford

"Not yet." - Gemini

"Heyi.. This is not fun at all. Let me spin the bottle this time." - Ford

   Ford spun the bottle and it stopped at Mark. We all cried Mark's name which shocked him.

"So.. Truth or dare krab phuen??" - Gemini

"Dare ja.. I'm not a scaredy cat like you guys.." - Mark

"Ok... Then... You have to kiss someone other than Ford. Will you??" - Gemini

    Ford looked at Mark with a 'so, will you??' look by crossing his arms. Mark gulped making me and Gemini hold our laugh at that moment.

"Okay... /Looking at Fourth/ Ai'Fourth, phuen lak... manni..." - Mark

    I was about to switch my place with Ford.

"/making Fourth sit in his place and guard him with his hand/ Heyi... No..." - Gemini

"Why??" - Mark
