Backstory:

A girl from Thorn Valley banished for hunting fellow fae's. She soon found a place far from the kingdoms reach, she called it The Kingdom Of The Lost. She found the kingdom was not fit for her to rule so she gave it to those worthy of ruling the palace in order and peace. The girl called her self the Fae of Lost Hope. She never explored out of the kingdoms border, as she knows she would be hunted by the humans and the fae's of thorn valley. Her wings and tail were always on show as it mad her tired when she hid them for to long.

Magic explanation:

Decay and Fear is a magic people never understood. The power of causing someone to fall into despair and pain as their skin slowly peeled from their bones but only till she clicked her fingers. The extreme danger she was never learning how to control it was banished.
