"Do you know Irene?" Seulgi asked from her desk.
Jisoo was eating a popsicle while casually flipping through a magazine on the floor.
"The treasurer from the Student Council?"
"Yeah. It turns out she's demisexual. After a deep research on the internet,she found that out. And look."
Seulgi slid the chair a little to the right so Jisoo could get a look at the computer screen. "There's many type of sexualities. They should teach this stuff at school. It would save a lot of confusion and loneliness, you know? The whole not getting a heart beat on your mark shouldn't be a big deal too." Seulgi said.

Jisoo gave a small,soft smile.
"What is it?" Seulgi asked when she noticed.
"It's just you. You really came around. That's all."
"Oh. "Seulgi chuckled and rubbed her neck. "Yeah. Sorry we weren't there for you immediately."

Just then,Joy barged in the room with three boxes of ice cream. "What's up,ladies? Time to beat the summer heat with man's greatest invention. The ice cream." She tossed each of the box to them.

Jisoo barely caught hers as the popsicle was still in her hand.

"What were you two talking about?"
"Apologizing again on how we weren't there for Jisoo immediately when she needed us."
"Oh.."Joy's playful expression was gone. "Yeah,sorry,Soo. It was crappy of us. I mean it just came us a shock and took a while to understand but still. Sorry."

"Guys,we are good now. Promise."
Jisoo reassured both of them.
"Sooo,how are you feeling about your date with Jennie tomorrow?" Seulgi asked, as she and Joy joined Jisoo on the floor of Seulgi's room.

"Oh my god, you still blush everytime we mention about your date with Jennie. How cute." Joy pointed.
"Guys,guys, it's not a date. We are meeting with Chaeyoung and Lisa at the cinemas for the movie."

A few moments of silence ensued.

"And then I am taking her out to her favorite restaurant for a date." Jisoo added with a grin.

Both Seulgi and Joy hollered in approval.

"I am very positive I can eat every popcorn you throw at me." Jennie said with total confidence and fists on her hips.
Jisoo laughed. "No way. You will just litter the floor with popcorn."

They were in the lobby, waiting for Chaeyoung and Lisa.
"Umm,no,I won't. " Jennie denied. "Come on,throw me one."

With a raise of her eyebrow,Jisoo touched one in the air.

Jennie caught it easily in her mouth. "See? Total pro right here."
Jisoo rolled her eyes with a bemused smile and tossed another one.
Jennie again caught it easily.

"Wow,okay,I believe in your popcorn catching skills,babe." Jisoo said.
"Thanks,love."

"Hey,you two love birds." They heard Chaeyoung say from a distance.
Chaeyoung and Lisa walked over to them, their arms locked together.
"Hey, you two." Jisoo greeted.

"So umm,unnies,we have something to share with you." Lisa said, seriously.
Both Jennie and Jisoo shared a brief confused look before straightening up on the waiting sofa.

"What is it?"

Chaeyoung looked at Lisa who nodded with a smile. A smile that was both soft and encouraging.

"Lisa and I are together. We have been for two years actually. We didn't plan to tell anyone this soon at first."
Lisa continued. "But then how you two went through the whole thing was brave and inspiring. It made me and Chaeyoungie felt less scared about people knowing. So we decided, although we won't announce it or anything, we won't exactly hide it that much like we used to."

Chaeyoung nodded

Jennie was the first to say "congratulations,guys!" while Jisoo just grinned with happiness for them.

Chaeyoung and Lisa both looked at each other with rosy cheeks and loving smiles.

"Oh,we should go get more popcorn and some jellybeans! The movie's about to start!" Chaeyoung exclaimed.
She untangled her arm from Lisa's but immediately sought out for her hand instead.
The two rushed ahead to the snack counter with their hands entwined.

"You know, they hold hands a lot and can be very clingy with each other. How come we never noticed?" Jennie asked.
"Mm,yeah. "Jisoo said thoughtfully.

When she turned and looked at Jennie,she couldn't help but felt a rush of love for this girl.

Jennie just needs to be herself and Jisoo will keep falling and falling.

She couldn't help but leaned in and gave a peck to Jennie's lips.
Jennie smiled." What was that for?"
Jisoo shrugged. "Just because I want to."

On cue,both their heartbeat marks made beating notions.

Jisoo smiled.

Her heart beats for a girl.

And that's okay.
