Budo's POV:
On my way to the courtyard, I start thinking about what I should say, once I am standing in front of taro.
Wait? Will I even stand in front of him? How do I even go on about this?!
I am completely unsystematic.
I go downstairs, and I walk past the Occult and Drama club.
'' Great, now I am at the courtyard.. '' I mutter to myself.
I can see taro sitting at the fountain.. At this point it is about 7:20 AM
I slowly walk my way to him. My heart beats uncontrollably, but I try to stay calm.
I stare at taro as he is reading his book, I am standing about 1 meter away from him.
But then, I slow sit down next to him.
I can feel my heart racing like crazy, my hands start sweating as usual..
he turns his head to me.
'' Masuta? ''
Oh shit, I can already feel my face lighting up..
'' Hey taro! ''
'' Do you need something? '' Taro asks.
Great, I have to come up with an excuse as fast as possible..
'' Oh.. well.. You see, you always seem so lonely in the mornings, you know? I am sometimes worried about you, is all. ''
'' O..oh.. really? You're worried about me? '' as taro finished his sentence I saw his cheeks turn light pink. The more I look at taro, the more I fall in love with him..
'' Of course I am worried about you taro! You're my classmate, and a very nice person! '' I smile at him and wrap my arm around his shoulder.
I notice that taro starts smiling at me, his smile has to be the most adorable thing I have ever seen
I stare into his dark grey eyes, and I get lost inside of them.. They're just so charming and precious..
I snap back to reality as soon as taro starts talking to me.
'' But, you don't have to worry about me whatsoever, Masuta. I am not that lonely, I just enjoy solitude! '' he assures me.
I take a deep breath for what I am about to ask him. '' Taro, do you maybe want to eat lunch with me today? ''
This is it.. He will decline.. He will think I am awkward.. He will hate me now..
'' Osana asked me this morning already if I will be willing to eat lunch with her.. ''
Fuck.. I should've known..
'' but, I am sure she won't mind, If I am eating with you! '' He tells me and starts smiling my way.
'' Are you sure? Osana seems like she would get really pissed at you.. ''
'' Don't worry, Masuta. '' taro says. '' It'll be fine! ''
'' Alright, good. '' I state. '' Also, I made an extra bento today, I would like if you would take it.. ''
'' Oh really? I'd appreciate that! Thanks a lot! '' Taro says and he flashes a smile at me.
Theres a short silence between us, that gets interrupted by osanas phone ringing.
I watch her as she runs inside of the school building. Raiburu follows along, a few meters behind her.
