[1 Month Later]

"And that's the last of my notes on the latest dive with my dad we had found a silkfang which is a giant purple spider" He finishes his short mumbling as he would rember something a couple of weeks ago as he would ask his dad something of a request

"Hey dad can I ask you of something can you see how long I can last in physical activities" His request would give Orion a smile as he would Get up and simply say

"Alright im in" He would say with a jovial tone in his voice as he and His dad would quickly walk outside of their house as izuku would look down down towards the Orth as izuku would look at his house as a big windmill was next to it connected

"Alright Son we are gonna some things that any normal cave Raiders does to become the best they can be" his dad's tone was one of encouragement and pride as the both of them would have normal workout clothes as Orion would give Izuku one simple task

"I want to see how long your stamina can hold out for in a workout first we gonna start with some simple push ups and then jumping Jack's simple stuff and after that you gonna on a run around the edge of Orth and see how long you can make it" Orion would say with a calm smile almost too calm for Izukus liking as sweat would drip down his back

"I'm surprised son you have an exceedingly high stamina and I can say that some people would be jealous of Izu I am proud that you have such energy for some your age wouldn't have been able" Orion would smile with a proud smile that would make Izuku flustered Probably from his lack of a father figure back in his other life even with eight years of him having his dad even then he still has some catching up to do with his childhood

"Here are the scores for your two exercises You did 100 Push ups and 500 jumping Jack's and I'm surprised to say that you gave destroyed my expectations son but onto the big thing the run" He would say with a wide toothy grin as izuku would audibly gulp as orion would simply explain the plan to him

"Here's the deal son your gonna run or sprint either one you can do, you are gonna run all the way around Orth and your not stopping till you make a full loop around it and make it back home got it son" He would say with a serious expression as he needed to be sure of something

"A-Alright dad I-I can do it" He would say it with some confidence unknowingly stuttering as his dad with a small smile would prepare as orion would hold a pair binocular as Izuku would prepare the run as orion would hold his black whistle

"Hey kid how long has the run been" Daigoro Would appear next to his side as he ran

"A little over 20 minutes and I'm over a quarter of the way done why" Izuku would ask with a controlled breath
