Rose is having a moment of desperation whispering to Abby "oh what if they don't belive me?"

Abby whispers back "hey I am your alibi we where together last night."

Deputy Higgins speaks "Where were you at 4am this morning"

Rose tearfully says "I was asleep in my house"

Higgins asks "Do you have a alibi?"

Abby says "I was there with her last night I can show your a video of her sleeping at 4am if you want."

Rose says "yes She was there last night."

Higgins says to Abby "you, show me the video."

Abby showing him the video with a clock saying "4:30 am" and rose sleeping in her bed

Higgins says "Rose you're free to go."

Rose crying happily

Abby carries rose out and rose just lays her head on Abby shoulder

Ash walks up to Abby and Rose and says "Hey is she okay?"

Abby Responds "yeah shes fine just not doing the best."

Ash caresses Rose's hair says "Okay I will leave you gals be Rose please text me if you ever need to talk okay?"

Rose nods and Abby puts her down "We won't let Luke and Will pull sh it like that again okay?

Ellie and Jill walk in and hand Rose some Roses and choclate Jill says "Hey we got you these roses and choclate. Ironic that we got you roses since your name is rose."

Rose. still kinda crying she giggles she speaks quietly "Thanks guys"

Ellie says "Hey kiddo no problem we'd do anything for you." Ellie pats Rose on head.
