Paradox sighed. This happened a lot, dragons would get denied, drag on about the 'wrath of Doomslayer' but nothing would actually happen. Usually, however, no one would get tackled to the ground about it. "YOU WILL LET ME IN, YOU SANDWING, OR YOU WILL FACE THE WRATH OF DOOMSLAYER!"
Doomslayer was the most feared soldier in the country, following his name, known for having quite the body count in the war. Everyone always went on that they were friends with him, but in reality, they were just fandragons.
The mysterious dragon shoved the guard to the ground. Against her will, Paradox went over to confront him. "Look, mister, we have a lot of dragons like you in here. Can you just leave already."
She ducked to the side as the dragon swung at her. "Pathetic." The dragon scowled. She heard his heavy accent, and looked in the dragons minds around her to see if anyone knew what it was. Ahh, Icewing. She thought.
"You do not know who I am, do you, stupid Rainwing?" He said to her. She hissed at him. "I. Am not. Stupid." She hissed again. Hah, this dumb Rainwing doesn't stand a chance against me. His thoughts screamed to her. "Just watch me. I can take you down easily." Storm looked at her and shook her head. Paradox rolled her eyes at her and looked back at the big, hulking dragon.
He smiled and glared at her. "You do know no one has won against me, right?" He smirked. "Don't the posters tell you anything?" He grabbed out a throwing knife, and threw it right at the wanted posters, landing on the one that said 'DOOMSLAYER'. she looked at the picture a little more and saw that the dragon put in looked exactly like the one she had just challenged. "I am Doomslayer. The most feared dragon in all of Pyrrhia." He smiled, looking at her dead in the eyes.
She saw a flash in her head. In the middle of the Rainforest, Doomslayer was laying wounded, distraught and scared. He had a look in his eyes, as if he had been deeply betrayed. She shook it off.
She turned her back on him, turning Sunset orange (the colour of frustration) as she stomped away. Heh. She's the only one to try to stand up to me like that. Interesting. She growled. "Wait!" He called out to her. He walked over to her with a fascinated look on his face. "You're the first one to ever stand up to me. How about we get to know each other a little more?" You intrigue me, little Rainwing. She could hear him think.
"Fine." She said, mildly annoyed. "Since your so desperate." She could see how the little comment she made enraged him. It was kind of funny to her, if she was being honest. "By the way, who's your little friend over there?" He asked, changing the subject. She turned back to where he pointed out, and saw Storm, bright red.
"How about this," she said, with a brilliant idea in her head. "Why don't you go talk to her, while I get peace and quite?" Before he could respond, Paradox spread her wings and flew away.
