Ch 5. No Chances At All

I got in my car and drove to the school. I went up to stand by the doors, but I realized I wasn't in a great position to talk to Andrew. So I just went inside my classroom in a bad mood. I watched those dumb kids run in laughing and smiling. It made me annoyed, so I changed some seats just to bother them.

I finally saw Andrew with a smile on his face, talking to the new female teacher. It made me annoyed that another lady would get in the way. "What can I do, though?" I shut the door to my class, and to my surprise, that new teacher came in. What made me even angrier was the fact that she was so pretty for no reason.

Turns out she was gonna be a long-term sub for my other coworker, Mrs. Libucha. That meant she would be staying with me and Andrew. She was single too, and so was Andrew. At that moment, I knew I had no chance.

She greeted me, and my class them asked me to unlock the door so she could go in Andrew's class. So I did just that and got a little look at Andrew. Before I went back in, he asked to meet during these kids' recess time. So I said sure then went back in. All those circus animals started talking about how pretty she was. They asked me her name and I said it was Ms. Cultin.
