Water.
The soothing sounds of water.
Waves crashing into eachother, rain falling from the sky, the screaming kid.
Screaming kid?
That's not right.
"Wake up."
My head was pounding and I found myself infront of Sun, who look mortified, Gregory and my boss, Marvin.
"What's going on?" I said.
"Moon attacked you." Sun said.
"I know that, I wanna know if the kids are okay!" I said.
"All of them are fine, Y/n L/n. Right now I need to make sure you're okay so we don't get an other lawsuit." My boss said, muttering the last part.
"I'm fine. I've been through worse." I said, while getting up.
Getting a good look of myself, I saw that I was all bruised up and that I had blood dripping down my neck. Checking where the blood was dripping from, I realized that it was just my nose.
"The daycare is closed for the rest of the day. You can go home." Marvin said.
"Okay." I said, while slightly limping towards the exit.

Quinn was tending to my wounds while Bill impatiently waited.
"I can't believe this happened to you, Y/n. Are you sure you're okay?" Quinn said.
"I'm fine, really. Ask Gregory, I've gone through much worse." I said.
"I know that, Y/n. But that doesn't mean you are okay." Quinn said.
"Well, I am fine. I'm just a bit bruised up, that's all." I said.
Quinn sighed and finished cleaning my wounds.
"If you say so." Quinn said, as she got up to make supper.
"Maybe for once you could stop getting hurt?" Bill said.
"Maybe you could leave me alone for once?" I shot back.
Bill got mad and stormed off. I went into the living room and sat next to Gregory, who was watching big mouth.

"Roses smell nice, no?" A voice said from behind me.
I flinched at the sound.
Turning around, I saw Vanny standing there and holding a wilting rose.
She threw it on the ground and crushed it with her foot.
"It's a shame I didn't kill you." She said with a sigh at the end.
"Why are you doing this?!" I said.
Vanny laughed.
"Like I said, that's none of your concern." Vanny said.
"It obviously is if I'm the one suffering!" I screamed.
Vanny punched me.
"You have no right to scream at me you little brat!" Vanny said.
I woke up. I ran into the bathroom and puked. Gregory, who I probably woke up when I vomited, ran in.
"What's wrong? Are you okay?" He said.
"No!" I said.
I puked again.
"Why, what's wrong?" Gregory asked.
"Vanny." I simply said.
"Who?" Gregory asked.
"Vanny! That phychopath lady who wears a bunny costume!" I said.
"Y/n, she's probably dead. She can't hurt you." He said.
"Gregory, you don't understand! It wasn't Moon who attacked me, she did!" I said.
"That's crazy." He said.
"She's crazy!" I said.
"I would want to talk to you about this more, but we have to go to work. So are you coming or not?" Gregory said.
"I'm coming." I said, as I got up.
Gregory and I both left. once we arrived, I went straight to the daycare and went down the slide. Sun immediately hugged me.
"Sunshine! I was so worried for you!" Sun said.
"I'm fine, really. Why wouldn't I be?" I said.
"Because the lights aren't going to be turned off in the daycare anymore!" Sun said.
"What? Why?" I asked.
"Because Moon attacked you." Sun said.
"Right." I said.
I wanted to tell him that it wasn't Moon, but Sun wouldn't understand. Nobody does. Gregory literally called me crazy.
"Are you okay, sunshine? You're crying." Sun asked.
I hadn't even noticed I was crying. I quickly rubbed away my tears and said:
"I'm fine, just a bit tired."
Sun nodded and put me down.
