On Earth With You (LCA Tippy x Harl)

We Will Learn Together

Harl was up at 5:35 A.m this morning He wanted to make sure he had extra time to get ready today He was talking to Tippy no matter what! Harl threw on his clothes, loaded his tool belt and flew out the door! 

Tippy barely slept last night but he didn't need much sleep anyway After a month in space he got used to sleeping very little. Tippy put on a fresh uniform and headed his way out the door he got all the way down the stairs when he opened the door to go outside Harl crashed right beside the door into the brick wall! "HARL?!" Harl stood up and shook away his dizziness "Harl what in the name of all that is holy are you doing!?" "I came to see you!" Tippy felt his face get red... This can't be happening! he thought "Tippy Do you like me?" 

"Well I- Uhm" Tippy didn't know what to say If he told him he wasn't ready he would keep Harl waiting and that didn't seem very fair to Harl...But if he told him No that would shatter Harl "Tippy?" Alright I'll tell him the truth! "Harl Im not ready...." "ready for what?" "For a serious relationship!... I'd only screw things up" 

Harl chuckled "Im scared to Tippy..." Tippy looked at Harl "You are?" "Yea..." "But we can take our time" He placed his hands in Tippys "Do things the right way" "We will learn together!" Tippy knew for this to work he would have to go half way Sure I might make some mistakes... He thought But we will do it together... "Alright Harl lets give it a shot!" 

"Come on!" Harl grabbed Tippys hand and pulled him along  "Wait! My shift isnt over for another 36 seconds!" Harl looked at him "Come on your shift will be fine"

After all the walking they finally arrived at the ice cream shop They walked inside "Chocolate please" said Harl "Vanilla Please" Tippy said. They sat down in a high booth with a dark wooden table and red apolstry. 

Tippy watched as Harl ate his ice cream he coudn't help but smile... When Harl looked over he hid it He was still the tough guy! When they finished their ice cream they left a few bills on the table and headed outside. Tippy looked over at Harl he had ice cream all over his face "Hang on" He licked his finger and gently rubbed away the ice cream... Harl blushed and Tippy felt a smile across his face but he was quick to cover it up "There much better" "Thanks!" 

"Its getting late" exclamed Tippy "Alright but I have one more thing to show you" Harl grabbed Tippys hand and led him along...

"Ta Da" "An abandond building?" "The best part is inside" Harl crawled through the window carful not to cut himself on the glass. Once he was inside he walked up a flight of stairs with Tippy close behind "Creak" Harl flung open the door at the top "Come on Tippy" Tippy shut his eyes from the sun and  walked through the door when he was outside he opened them...

"Oh Wow!" He could see for miles below him were cars and busy people in the street When he tilted his gaze upward he could see buildings with people happily living there life... and above it all the setting sun.. 

"Pretty cool view right?" Tippy nodded his head in agrement still mezmerised by everything...When he finally snapped to his senses he saw Harl sitting on the edge of the building he decided to join him 

Tippy slowly moved his hand on top of Harls when he finally got there he turned away and tried to act tough. Harl chuckled softly and rested his head on Tippy shoulder

Tippy felt Harls head on his shoulder he decided to rest his head down on top of Harls... Together on top of the building the two enjoyed each others company and watched the setting sun...
