𝓷𝓮𝔃𝓾𝓴𝓸 𝓴𝓪𝓶𝓪𝓭𝓸

you were going up the mountain to your home after selling some medicine. you heard from villagers that there were things called "demons" that roamed at night nowadays, so you had to hurry up and get to your destination before nightfall. it was now dusk. on your way to your destination, you met a kind young boy with hanafuda earrings. he asked if you wanted to stay at his family's house for the night, and you gratefully accepted. 

turns out his family were really nice people, and you were glad that you met them. you found out that the boy's name was tanjiro kamado. he told you that his siblings' names were hanako, takeo, shigeru, rokuta, and nezuko. nezuko stood out the most. she was also relatable, as the second oldest child in the kamado family. you were also the second oldest child in your family (pretend if you're not the second oldest).

when daytime reached, you continued your journey. you promised to keep in touch with the kamado family (mostly tanjiro and nezuko). when you got home, you told your family about the new people that you had met. your siblings had wanted to go meet the kamado family as well. your parents allowed you to visit them during the weekends.

timeskip:after tanjiro and nezuko's family got attacked

when you heard the news of the attack, you begged your parents to let you check on them. they reluctantly agreed, since they would be sending their own child to danger. you ran as fast as you could down the mountain, only to see tanjiro running to his house as well. it seems as if he had just came back from selling something in the nearby village.

 you then caught up to him, running with him to his house. you could not believe what you were seeing. tanjiro's family had been killed, and it looks like nezuko was the only one who survived! you guys then carried her down the mountain, looking for a doctor. it was until she started acting weirdly. was she a demon? a demon that did not attack? perhaps not. 

another timeskip cuz im lazy: with tamayo

you, tanjiro, and nezuko had been traveling together for almost three years now. its had been almost three years since nezuko had been turned into a demon, but she did not attack people. you were now with tamayo, who was a demon, but also a doctor. she was helping you and tanjiro find a cure to turn nezuko back into a human. you couldn't help remember a conversation that you and nezuko had back when she was human:

"hey, y/n?" she said.

"yeah?" you replied.

"best friends for ever?" she said

"best friends for ever."
