Luffy is Lost in The MHA world, but he gets taken in by Momo's dad

Chapter 11: Internship!

The Train Station

"Everyone has their costumes, right? Remember you don't have permission to wear them out in public yet and don't lose them or anything." Aizawa said while looking at Luffy out of the corner of his eye. If anyone was going to lose their costume, it would be Luffy. Right now the whole of Class 1-A was waiting for each of their specific trains to come and take them to their internships.

"Gotcha!" "Let's do this!" Mina and Luffy said excitedly at the same time.

"Speak properly, It's 'yes sir.'" Aizawa scolded the two rowdy students.

"Yes sir." "Yosh!" Aizawa just sighed and figured it would be pointless to try and educate Luffy on manners.

"So Luffy, are you ready? We're not going to see each other for a week." Said Momo a little sad. For as long as she knew Luffy, she has never been apart from him for more than a couple of hours. This chaperoning business started as a chore but she was going to miss Luffy's antics.

"Don't cry or anything." Luffy hated crybabies. "This just means when we meet each other again it'll be all the better!"

"You sure know how to put a positive spin on things." Momo said when a new train arrived. "That's yours, try not to get into too much trouble."

"Eh? I never get into trouble." Luffy lied as he was going to the train. "Bye Momo!" Luffy said with a wave, which Momo returned, before getting on the train side-by-side with Mineta.

"Rep, let's sit here until we arrive." Mineta said as he hopped on a chair. This prompted Luffy to sit next to him and stare out the window like a little kid. "I gotta say, I didn't expect you to intern at Mt. Lady's agency. Never thought you'd be that type of guy."

"Huh? I just wanna learn how she gets free food." Luffy said to the ball-headed boy. After she got free food at the festival, he thought that maybe he could use what he learned at the internship on Sanji.

"Sigh. Of course. Well, at least I won't have any competition." Mineta said as he started to rub his hands together. The rest of the trip, the boys stayed mostly in silence, sometimes interrupted by Luffy gushing over the scenery, Mineta gushing over heroines, and Luffy eating.

The Mt. Agency

"Is this it?" Luffy asked as he looked at the office building. The Mt. Agency is a multi-story office building, on whose roof two horn-like structures protrude, similar to the ones Mt. Lady has.

"Yep, this is Mt. Agency." Said Mineta as they started going to the entrance door. "Since Mt. Lady only debuted like 11 months ago, she doesn't have anything big or fancy just yet."

As they drew close to the door Mineta could hear his heart pounding from excitement and anxiety, he was getting nervous as he went to open the door. Luffy swung open the glass doors, startling the small student and nearly breaking them. "Yo, we're here for the lanternship."

"H-hey. H-he means internship." Mineta quickly corrected the straw hat.

"Good afternoon. One second." The receptionist said as she began calling someone on the phone. "Yes, 2 students are here for the internship. Yes, 2. I understand." after she hung up she said. "Mt. Lady will be here shortly, I ask you to wait in the meantime."

The waiting room wasn't anything special, 2 couches, a plant, and some candy on a coffee table.

"I'm bored." Luffy said as he was devouring the candy. "How much longer?" Fortunately for him, that's exactly when the heroine in question arrived.

"Y-you! Straw hat?!" Mt. Lady said as she pointed a finger at Luffy. "Why are you here?! I didn't send you an invitation!"

"I'm here for you to teach me how to get free food!" Luffy said as he saluted the heroine. "Monkey D. Luffy! The man who's gonna become the king of the pirates!"
