The Cassette

 Hi, I am April Jirochtikul and I am eighteen years old, and Nattawat Jirochtikul is my father. Many people refer to him as Fourth. We don't look alike. My father is very handsome with his charming smile that can attract any genders and here I look like a ugly duckling and who was in a relationship that lasted for 2 days. And yes I am adopted. 

He is an actor, singer, and music producer. I have always been a number one fan of my dad. I have watched every series my father has acted on, and yes, I do ship my father with uncle Gemini. 

My father never told me about his love story. He always avoided this topic. That is why I am so curious to know about his love life.

My father's friend uncle Prom always talks about how, while filming for the series 'My School President,' my father had a huge crush on one of his co-stars. So I was determined to find out about who my father was in love with. 

My father is a busy man, he is always at work and he constantly travels to other country for fan meetings. But, he does give me his time, he takes me to have dinner in expensive restaurant, he buys me everything I desire. He is always there to support me when I perform at school.

My father once left for a fan meeting in Cambodia, leaving me at home alone with aunt Mae, Aunt Mae is my helper, she has taken care of me since I was adopted. 

Since my father was not here, and aunt Mae is always busy watching Korean drama. I knew this was my chance to find more about my father. So I went to his room and searched his drawers and bookcases but couldn't find anything. 

I was frustrated, so I leaned against his closet, which moved. There was a secret library in my father's room that I was unaware of. 

I went inside the closet, it was huge. I came upon a photograph of my father with his friends, when he was young.

Then I saw old cartoon box, I opened it, It was so dusty. In that box there were old book, some picture of my father and uncle Gemini. There was actually a lot of picture of uncle Gemini. Was my father in love with uncle Gemini? I thought to myself. Then I found a cassette, Love's melody was written on it. I was more curious so I listened to it. 

There were two people talking, I think it was my father and the other person was uncle Gemini. I have watched my father's series a lot so I know uncle Gemini's voice, as they have acted on many series together. 

My father said, ' I wrote Rock & Star' for my boyfriend Gemini, and this is to finally announce that we are dating'.

Uncle Gemini then said, 'let's hear what song my boyfriend has written for me.' They laughed and then began to sing.

That was a great song, my eyes was filled with tears. They sounded like they were completely in love with each other. I was not startled that my father had a boyfriend when he was in college. I was more shocked why, my father and uncle Gemini don't talk anymore.

Aunt Mae rushed inside of dad's room, Aunt Mae said, 'April, your father is here, come out fast, oh no, I was in trouble. I hid the cassette in my sweatshirts pocket and went out side and sat in the living rooms couch pretending I had done nothing wrong.

My father came into the living room, as I ran to hug him the cassette fell from my pocket. 

My father saw it, and he looked pale and speechless........
