"blaire hartnett, my desk, please." mr edwards says, moving his finger in a 'come hither' motion.

i sigh, standing up quickly and walking to his desk in the front of the room. i hear snickers, and a few laughs. i turned around, trying to find out what was so funny.

"blaire.. maybe today was not the day to wear those light washed jeans." sara snickers, crossing her arms over her chest. "did you not get the period diary app like i told you to? maybe that would've prevented this little accident." she says, earning a loud laugh from jack.

"can anyone help her out? she might need a tampon, or two.. maybe even a pad?" jack snorts.

"a heavy duty pad, it looks like she's on her heavy flow." jacky stinson says, pulling a pad out of her purse and throwing it at me.

okay. i knew for a fact i wasn't on my period.

breathe in, breathe out.

"ew, look, she bled all in her chair!" sara yells, as jack chuckles, grabbing his chest.

my eyes widen, and i breathe in and out heavily.

"okay, now blaire, don't turn into a carrie, okay?" jack laughs and the rest of the class follows his lead, chuckling at the back of my pants.

i run out of the classroom, my anger very evident on my face. i avoid any stares as i make my way into one of the bathrooms. "oh my god," i roll my eyes, looking at the back of my pants in one of the mirrors.

dumbfucks.

this wasn't from blood, this was paint, and it was all over the back of my pants. any girl that's ever had her period should know that when you bleed through, it doesn't end up looking like a fucking apple on the back of your ass.

"so this is his revenge, wow." i sigh, taking my flannel off and tying it around my waist to cover the red paint.

all i did was simply call him a dumbass, and he decides to go and take it a degree farther. so unnecessary, but that's jack gilinsky for you.

"i'm sure you've all heard about what he did." i say, putting my hands over my face. "it was so embarrassing, someone threw a pad at me, and their was paint all in the seat. sara was like, 'why didn't you get the period diary app?!?'" i say, earning gasps from my friends.

"first of all, that app doesn't even work right. it had me thinking i was pregnant  because it had said i was gonna start are the beginning of the month and i never did," nicole laughs, "i was looking on amazon for cribs and shit, it was so bad."

"sara wouldn't have been like that if she didn't have a crush bigger than your ass on gilinsky. all she does is talk about him when we're in art."

"so that's why she took all that paint with her this morning!" lexi gasps. "she was in on it, she helped him carry this out, oh my god." lexi says, her eyes widening. "don't look up, b."

i looked up anyways, making eye contact with the one and only, jack gilinsky. he never took his eyes off me as he pulled a chair up to our table, slowly sitting down on it.

"have you considered taking skylar's advice about getting that app? if i was a girl, i would. can't believe you didn't know when you were gonna start!" he smirks, popping his fingers.

"have you considered going back to hell? i mean we all know you crawled out of there, but why not take a permanent vacation back down there?" i spit out, rolling my eyes. "what you did was unbelievable, so uncalled for. i didn't know you took offense to hearing the honest damn truth. you should hear what everyone says to me in the hall now! it's so embarrassing." i angrily say, standing up quickly and grabbing my cross-body.

"chill, blaire, damn. it was a little joke, i didn't know you would be so heated over it. damn, i'm sorry."

"wouldn't you be embarrassed if everyone was calling you carrie? saying you 'bled' all through the back of your pants? you're a joke jack, you took this too far." i say, walking out of library.

"is she always like this? i feel bad now, fuck." jack mumbles, looking up at my friends.

"no, she isn't. you just embarrassed the fuck outta her and she's humiliated. you need to fix this now." nicole says, getting up and following me out of the library.

...

"nic, it's so embarrassing. everyone points at my ass now, then they laugh. it's so bad." i groan, shutting my locker door.

"jack might fix this, he said he feels bad." nicole says, giving me a reassuring smile. "plus, everyone always looking at your ass. shawty got cake." she winks, shutting her locker so we can walk to the buses.

"i don't even wanna ride today, i might as well walk home." i mumble, turning to get to the bus parking lot. my eyes widen, and i stop in my tracks.

..

"blaire, can i say something?"
