Ritsuka Fujimaru and Artoria Pendragon, the legendary King of Knights, were on a routine mission when they encountered something unexpected: a giant rat, twice the size of a human being.

The rat was rampaging through the streets, knocking over trash cans and terrifying the local residents. Ritsuka and Artoria knew that they had to take it down before it caused any more damage.

Artoria drew her sword, a powerful magical weapon imbued with the strength of her legendary sword, Excalibur. Ritsuka readied his own weapon, a mystic code that had saved him in many battles before.

The two warriors charged forward, their weapons raised high. The giant rat screeched in fury and charged at them, its razor-sharp teeth bared.

Artoria swung her sword with all her might, the blade glowing with an ethereal light. The rat dodged to the side, then lunged forward, aiming for Artoria's unprotected flank.

Ritsuka leapt in front of Artoria, his mystic code glowing with a bright blue light. He aimed the code at the rat and unleashed a powerful spell, blasting the creature back.

The rat stumbled, but it didn't stay down for long. It quickly regained its footing and charged forward again, this time aiming for Ritsuka.

Artoria saw the rat's attack and quickly moved to intercept it. She swung her sword at the rat's head, but the rat was too quick. It dodged to the side, then leapt at Ritsuka, its teeth bared.

Ritsuka closed his eyes and braced himself for impact. But instead of feeling the rat's teeth sink into his flesh, he felt something else: the rat's teeth had caught on something.

He opened his eyes and saw that Artoria had caught the rat's teeth in her gauntlet. She pulled the rat back, then swung her sword with all her might.

The sword struck the rat's neck, slicing clean through its spine. The rat fell to the ground, twitching and writhing.

Ritsuka and Artoria looked at each other, both breathing heavily. They had defeated the giant rat, but it had been a close call.

"Thank you, Artoria," Ritsuka said, his voice shaking slightly.

Artoria nodded. "It was my pleasure, Master" she said. "But we must be careful. There may be more creatures like this out there, waiting for us."
