Athena looked off of her balcony off into the green grassy lands. The fields that went on and on and grew sunflowers and rose bushes with sharp thorns. The fields where wild animals and rodents ran through the tall grass.
Athena Jaluque meant grand knight in Y'ahal'lu. She was sister of R'ver'on Jaluque, king of Homage. They lived on the cotinent of Valeen. R'ver'on meant almighty in Y'ahal'lu.
Athena went back into her chambers, her house banner was a knight's helmet. The symbol was on her bed covers. The color was purple and black. The knight helmet was black and the rest of the color was purple.
Athena approached the room of her door which was red. Her room was painted white. She had a acaica wardrobe and door. It went along with the color of the white walls.
She opened the door and exited her room. She went down a hallway which curved into the throne room. The hallway was white and bright because of how many golden chandeliers shined on the ceiling.
Entering the throne room she saw her brother R'ver'on, he wore shining golden armor and a golden crown. A giant gold chandelier hung from the ceiling. The light of the chandilier reflected on the golden decor and R'ver'on's armor.
R'ver'on was known as the Golden King. He was called that because he loved gold, a bit too much. Most of his decor was gold, the chandeliers, the armor his guardsmen and knights wore. Even his armor was gold.
R'ver'on was a tall man with smooth skin, his eyes were yellow. Some say gold was born in his genetics with the rest of his genes. Thats why some say his taste for gold is strong and his eyes are pure yellow.
His hair was long and black and his skin was pale. He had no beard. He stared at Athena who was his twin sister. She had long black silky hair with pimples on her face. She had a sharp jawline and green eyes the color of grass.
Her voice was harmonic, and she was as tall as her brother. She called her brother Ron for short. He had a hard name to say. Ron looked down at her from his golden throne that the commons called T'hu O'fa H'e'a Ga'lone which meant Throne of the Golden in Y'ahal'lu. "Sister, awoken from your slumber have you," said Ron as he stood from his throne and approached her, "Yes, I got this odd dream last night," said Athena.
Ron rubbed his finger across her cheek, "What was it about, sweet sister?" asked Ron, "A house called Rein comes to us and asks us for help and you say no and attack their army, then they kidnap me and cut my throat," said Athena.
Ron took his finger off of her cheek and took a deep breath, "You know our house refuses allying with others, and dreams aren't true. They never have been. If someone does kidnap you, I'll make sure to kill every single person who gets in my way of saving you," said Ron.
His words gave Athena a smile, she believed in dreams. Her brother on the other hand didn't. It scared her what her brother might do if he found out she believed in dreams. He abuses her when he's angry about something. She hated him, but loved him at the same time.
Ron sighed and walked back to his throne, "A j'quar'is no'naria h'e'a g'loi, Inero, w'haru cali fig'ta," said Ron in Y'ahal'lu. It meant, a dragan and the golem Inferno, were caught fighting.
Athena nodded, "You understood that?" asked Ron. "A dragon and the golem, Inferno, were caught fighting," said Athena. "Good, it seems you've been studying Y'ahal'lu, and are now smart enough to know what the words mean," Ron complimented.
Athena smiled at the compliment and walked towards him, "You need to find yourself a wife, you know," said Athena. Ron nodded his head, "I don't wanna join the other houses, I have to find myself a sweet maiden," said Ron. Athena stood on a black rug which led from the entrance of the room to the golden throne. "But what we really need to worry about is that dragon and Inferno since he's risen from Ga'halar," worriedly said Ron.
"You were being for real, I thought that was only a test," said Athena with her eyebrows raised in fear. "And the dragons have awoken from their hibernation of the summer it seems like, they've come out for the upcoming winter," said Ron.
Athena nodded in agreement. "Last time our house tried fighting dragons, half of the kingdom was burned down. That was only one hundred and twenty years ago," said Athena.
"We weren't as strong as we are now, sister," said Ron. Athena can sense he was starting to feel agitated. One minute they'll be sweet, the next, their sweetness will be boiled down into bitterness, be careful what you say to them, she thought. "There's no denything it, with how many dragons that have been born since then, we'd be fried just for a snack for them," said Athena.
Ron stood up from his golden throne and charged at Athena. Athena embraced for impact. She felt the smack across her face, and it slung her down to the ground's carpet. "Never call my dynasty weak again!" Ron demanded. "It is! We're weak! We're damn humans, they're dragons!" yelled Athena defiantly.
Ron unsheathed his golden sword known at Hollow, and pointed it at Athena's mouth. Fear struck Athena, "Say one more word about this dynasty and I'll have your tongue hung on the Wall of Trophies Athena!" he threatened.
Athena stood up from the hard solid ground and gave him a angry look, "Our mother died giving birth to us, and our father died of a stroke when he was training us for the Fight of Dragons, and you disgrace our dynasty? You disgust me!" Ron yelled.
The Fight of Dragons was a prophecy made by the ancient gods, it is said that the Jaluque dynasty would be the ones to destroy the dragons and make them extinct. If this were true then maybe there was hope for Ron, but Athena doubted it.
Ron's face flamed with anger and his nose flared. He sheathed his sword and circled around Athena, "We'll slay the dragons, Inferno, the sea serpents, the goblins, the witches and their dark magic, the Demons of Valeen, and all who lie beyond us," said Ron.
Athena wanted to say, no we won't, but she couldn't. If she did, her tongue will be cut off clean by Hollow.
The Golden King approached his throne, and sat down in it's hard gold seat. "Come to council today after you visit the smith today," demanded Ron.
Athena nodded and walked away from Ron. Athena exited through the door to the throne room. The one the black carpet had led to. As she walked down the stairs, knights were training in the courtyard. The sound of steel clashing together filled the air, and so did commands.
Hal'ik'hu Nero approached her. He was the regent of Ron. He had a Ra'leria name. His first name had no meaning in any other languages it was the same as it was. As he approached her, he wore a lavender robe with black boots. He had a receding hair line, his red hair has grown dull into a dark bronze. His brown eyes nearly matched the color of his hair. His face was swallowed by smoothness and his eyebrows had faded away.
"M'laday," he said giving her a courteous bow. "Hugh," she said to him. She called him Hugh instead of Hal'ik'hu, "Princess, may you walk with me?" he asked politely, "Yes, what will we discuss, Hugh?" asked Athena, "The matters of the dragons, they're aproacing east towards us, they've destroyed the kingdom of the Stone Valley, and the house Ronan is no longer. Seth Ronan, Eric Ronan, Lisa Ronan, and Jack Ronan have all been burned to a crisp," Hugh said fearfully, "We need to get ready for the Fight of Dragons, or we'll be like the Ronans."
Athena gulped, her chest was being pounded by her fearfully pulsing heart. "They were good people, but why discuss this with me, and not Ron?" Athena asked. "He will not listen to what I have to say, he'll threaten to slice my tongue off if he hears what I have to say," said Hugh.
"Then if I tell him, he'll have my tongue hunged up on his trophy wall," said Athena agitated, "You won't have to worry about that," said Hugh. Athena gave him a suspicious look, "He'll listen to you, if you tell him."
"What should we do then?" Athena asked, "We should lead our army to all the houses of Valeen, and built the biggest army Valeen has seen, Jaluque has no enemies nor friends, so we won't have trouble making friends. We'll only have trouble getting the other houses to collaborate with each other," said Hugh.
Athena sighed, "He'll never allow us to join all the houses together," said Athena, "Sweet princess it'll not hurt to try," said Hugh as he rubbed her black soft hair. It made her feel good about herself. Hugh looked into her eyes, "Try, for me?" asked Hugh.
Athena loved Hugh and Hugh loved Athena, they kept that to themselves though. If her brother, Ron, finds out about them, he'll kill Hugh, and have Athena's breasts cut off and shove a sword up her uterus. He was a brutal brother.
Athena looked at him with her glimmering green eyes. A feeling of romance came from the touch of Hugh's fingers. "Fine, I'll try for you my regent," she said sweetly. Hugh smiled and tried to kiss her, but she pushed him away, "Not here, there may be spies of my brother's," said Athena.
Hugh nodded his head, "You may be right, let's find ourself some privacy," said Hugh. Hugh took her hand and exited the courtyard, he walked through the giant town that was inside Homage's walls. The houses were mostly two story and built by stone and wood. Hugh led her in a alleyway. His soft hands comforted Athena.
At the end of the alleyway was a wooden door, "My regent, where are we?" she asked confused, "Don't worry, this is one of my places," he said wrapping his arm around her to reassure her. Hugh opened the wooden door and led her in there. He looked behind himself and made sure no one was looking, or following.
Once they were inside alone the room was lit by candles all over the floor, it all led to a bed.
Hugh led Athena to the bed, he grabbed her dress and begin to unlace it, "We're still gonna poison him, and take his spot while he's poisoned?" asked Athena, "Yes we are my sweet princess," he said in a seductive tone.
It made her uterus quiver in horniness. He took off her underwear uncovering her boobs that bounced around and were too big to cup in Hugh's hands.
He took off her panties, and softly rubbed her uterus. She gave out soft moans. Hugh then stopped and unlaced his robe off, uncovering his erected manhood. He pushed Athena onto the bed and lunged into her multiple times.
His last lunged he spilt his seed inside of her. She gave out a loud moan and squeezed the covers. Hugh stopped lunging and pulled his manhood out of her. Her uterus was wet.
His manhood had become wet from her uterus and his semen, and had grown flacid when he was out of Athena.
Athena got off of the bed and stood on the ground naked and surrounded by candles, "I am with a child now," she warned nervously, "Ron will not approve, he'll kill the child," said Athena. "I won't let him," Hugh said as he dressed himself back into his lavender robe. Athena also had dressed into her dress once more. They've been doing thus for three months, and she's begin feeling the kicking of a baby.
"What would you do to him?" asked Athena, "I'll kill him, and feed him to the dragons that we'll conquer together," said Hugh. His words turned on Athena and she approached him and grabbed his crotch through his pants, "And I'll watch," she said as she kissed him on his lips.
Ron sat on the throne as a messenger approached him, "My lord, word of a house from the continent Esternia," said the messenger who had blonde hair and blue eyes.
The messenger handed over a envelope, it had the symbol of house Rein on it. He examined the symbol. "This house is unknown to me, who is this?" demanded Ron, "It's house Rein, my lord," said the messenger. Ron nodded and begin to open the envelope, "Chop off the messenger's head Ser Green, he knows best that it is your grace and not my lord," ordered Ron.
Ser Green Lyle stepped forward. He was a menacing knight known as the Knight of Golden Demons. His armor was golden, and his helmet gold with a pair of demon horns on it. Under all that gold was a middle aged man who had long curly brown hair, dark blue evil eyes, a giant brown beard, he was taller than Ron, and Ron was very tall. The knight also had a purple cape that was outlined by the color of gold.
He unsheathed his sword which had the name, the Devil's Tongue. He approached the messenger and swung. The messenger's head flew onto the ground and blood spurted all over the black carpet and stone floor. "Green, go find one of my servants and tell them to clean this mess up," demanded R'ver'on. Green gave a nod, "Yes my lord," he said in a goofy voice imitating the messenger. Him and Ron bursted out chuckling.
Green's chuckles were muffled by his helmet, "I will my grace." He walked away letting out chuckles from his own joke. Ron's chuckles slowly faded away and he was all alone, except for the eight guards who stood silent by his golden throne. He opened the envelope and begin to read it.
- Dear King Jaluque
We asked you to join the house of Rein against the rising house of Tether, we are in urgent need, and we need all the help we can get, for the sakes of Esternia help us. If this house does win, they'll come for you next, we'll give you any favor you desire. Gifts, women, armies, castles, forts, as long as you help us.
- Sincerely King Rein
Ron set the note on the arm of his golden throne and gave Rein some consideration for some moments. Should I, or should I not? Ron wondered. His house had never joined another. Maybe I can marry his daughter if he has one, he thought.
He stood from his golden throne. Might reflected off of his golden armor, it made him look almighty. He made his way towards his messenger's room. He walked down a stone hallway where heavy chandiliers were hunged above him.
He camed to the door of his messenger's chambers. He could hear loud moans from inside. He was having sex of course, thought Ron.
He busted through the door, and caught the sight of his messenger T'teran Gonnae lunging into a whore. He was naked and so was the whore. Their clothes laid on the floor and T'teran had the whore on the table. The whore had red hair, freckles, small chest and waist, and was slim. "Whore, go back to your brothel," demanded Ron.
The whore was startled, neither T'teran nor the whore heard Ron come in due to the whore's loud annoying moaning. Once the whore left, Ron looked at T'teran with a smile. T'teran was still naked, but he begin to dress himself in a fine purple linen robe. Along with his robe he had short black hair, thick grouchy eyebrows, angry brown eyes, and was burly from top to bottom.
"My messenger... having fun without me, huh?" Ron asked chuckling. T'teran chuckled with him, "So it seems," said T'teran. T'teran was a Ra'leria name. Gonnae meant goner in Y'ahal'lu.
"What do you need of me, your grace?" asked Gonnae. "To send a message all the way to the Rein's," responded Ron, "To the Reins? That's all the way in Esternia," said Gonnae confused.
Ron nodded knowingly, "I am aware, but I need you to heed this, if you don't... I'll cut off your legs and hang them on my Wall of Trophies. I should chop of your cock for bringing a whore under these walls, but you're lucky I didn't," said Ron
Gonnae gulped and stared at Ron, "Well my grace, when will you have this message for them ready?" asked Gonnae, "In a few minutes, I'll be in my chambers writing the letter, come with me. You'll help me decide my decision," said Ron.
Gonnae raised his left eyebrow, "Decision?" he said in a shocked manner, "Since when did you need help making a decision, you've always been a strict man on deciding yourself."
"Since today, T'teran," answered Ron, "Now walk with me." T'teran nodded and Ron led him out of the room. They walked under the chandiliers in the narrow stone hall and made it to Ron's chambers.
Once inside, Ron had a acaica desk that he sat at. He made himself into a wooden chair with a purple cushion and sat on it. A quill was in a bottle of ink and some papers laid out on the desk.
"So T'teran, this Rein wants me to become his ally and fight this supposedly rising house of Tether," begun Ron, "If we don't, and that house wins. They'll most likely try and take all of Valeen, according to this Rein. He offers me, a list of choosings," said Ron. "What is this list, you could possibly request a help for the Fight of Dragons, we'll need all the help we can get, my grace," suggested Gonnae.
"The offers I'll be taking is a castle in Esternia and a army of men. If possible... maybe even if he has a daughter I can marry. I am without a queen, and in need of one, so I can create an heir," said Ron, "Righara Rein has no daughters, but Raehera Rein has two, if you were there in the last two council meetings, you'll know his eldest is to marry and his youngest is still available," said Gonnae.
"How young is his unbethroted one?" asked Ron with a sly smile. "Fifteen, my grace," Gonnae answered. "Hmm, I am quite young still, a girl who is fifteen should not bring down my reputation, I am twenty, so this match isn't bad," Ron suggested to himself.
Gonnae gave an agreeing nod of his head. His short greasy hair shook and was a bit sweaty still from his latest act of intercourse. "I'll begin to write," said Ron. He grabbed the quill and begun to write to Raehera Rein
-Dear Raehera Rein
I will help you under four conditions, after this war, I'll need help planning a battle for the Fight of Dragons. If you are not to help with this, the world will be in danger, my second term is that I am to be given a army large enough to prevent myself from losing this battle. My third term is that I want a castle over in Esternia, so I may have my faction in two continents. Finally I want your unbetrothed daughter. If you do not come to these terms, I will not help you.
- Sincerely R'ver'on Jaluque
"If it's his daughter you ask for, he'll mostly say no. I've heard that he loves his youngest daughter more than anyone in his family, even more than his mother and wife," said T'teran, "He'll be paranoid as hell knowing she's in a continent married to someone he doesn't know well."
Ron nodded, "If he says no than I'll not help him, he asked for my help, he'll get it under my conditions," said Ron. "As you say, your grace," said Gannae. Ron put the letter in a envelope with the marking of Jaluque on it. He handed Gannae the envelope, go to my master of ships and ask him to prepare a ship for you. Specifically travel with my ship, the one known as Swimming Steel," demanded Ron, "I do not know where to go because I've never had any business with the Reins until now."
"They're whole family is in Reinfield your grace, I'll know where to go, I have to travel east to the west side of Esternia, which is eastern for us," said Gannae. Ron nodded, "Good, you know where to go, now you may take your leave," demanded Ron as he handed Gannae the envelope. Gannae nodded and left the chambers of Ron.
Ron stood from his chair and walked out of his chambers. He had a sullen and stern face. He traveled down the long narrow hallway which curved into the throne room. He looked at his golden throne and remembered when his father had sat on it. He sighed, and contiued out the passageway of the throne room. He made his way through the courtyard where knights battled, and kneeled at the sight of him saying, your grace.
Ron gave them courteous nods and contiued through a stone passageway built by the right corner of the grassy courtyard. The stone passage way led into a dark tunnel with stairs leading down. He followed down the stairs, and torches lit up the tunnel.
Once he had made it to to the bottom of the stairs there was a long tunnel with hundreds of coffins. He walked down the rows of coffins until he came to the sign that said, dynasty of Jaluque. He walked down about seven coffins before he came to his father's. He kneeled before the coffin and begin to pray. He clasped his hands together and closed his eyes. His father was known as Dimore the Deadly, and his mother was named Hera of house Jaluque.
"I'm back here again father, I will succeed and not let you down, please let me be able to break the grasps that my enemies will have on me, and let me win this Fight of Dragons."
"Let my sister believe in what you believed in, the Fight of Dragons is a serious matter and it breaks me to see her not trust in me on it. It angers me, it makes me anxious, let me win this soon to be battle."
"I hope you enjoy your stay in the Lands After, father, I'll see you there soon." As he prayed he came to a realization that if he wanted to win against the dragons, he'll need to start joining other houses, although his dynasty never has before.
He opened his eyes, and pulled his hands away from each other. He sighed, a slight tear filled his eye and went down his cheek. He made his way back through the tunnel, up the stairs, through the courtyard, and back into the throne room. As he sat on his golden throne once more, his sister entered the room.
"Time for council?" Athena asked, she held a helmet shaped like a golden dragon and handed it to her brother, "And oh, this is yours, if this Fight of Dragons is true, I believe you'll love to wear this during battle. He grabbed the golden dragon helm and examined it. He smiled. Maybe father heard my prayer, thought Ron.
"Go prepare us some wine for the council meeting, sweet sister," said Ron as he equipped the golden dragon helm, it matched his golden armor. He stood from his throne and he shone like the sun.
Athena looked at her reflection in his bright reflecting golden armor. "Yes, brother," she said as she dismissed herself. Before she left the room, "T'teran won't be there, nor my master of ships," Ron told her, "My master of ships is letting T'teran use Swimming Steel to go across the sea and to Esternia to deliver a message for the Reins," said Ron, "You're joining houses?" Athena asked in shock, "Possibly," he responded smiling to her.
Maybe I don't need to poison him, she thought. She gave a sweet smile back to her brother, and went to go make wine for the council meeting.
