"Who's such a cute baby! You are, you are!," you say in a baby voice to your niece, Lilliah, who you are holding. Her laughter is heard causing your heart to swell from cuteness. You have been watching Lilliah since this morning as your brother asked you to so he and his wife can have lunch together for 'alone-time' and of course, you did not mind.
You continue to play with baby Lilliah as you patiently wait for Neymar, your boyfriend, to finish making her bottle. The baby gurgles happily and reaches for your face, you can't help but smile. After a few more minutes, Neymar enters the room with the bottle, and you begin to feed it to her. When you look up at Neymar, you are about to ask him a question, when you notice his eyes adoringly looking down at Lilliah, a smile creeps over your face. You slowly get up, "Here, you can feed her, I need to use the bathroom." Neymar doesn't respond to you as he simply nods his head and carefully takes the baby from you, making sure to hold her with care the entire time while holding the bottle against her lips. As Neymar feeds the baby, you can tell from the look on his face that he is completely smitten. You know that he has always talked about starting a family with you, but seeing him holding and caring for the baby has made you think about it as well. The way that he looks at the baby with such love and adoration is heartwarming, and it's clear that he has a natural instinct for parenting. You kiss him on the cheek before slipping out of the room to use the bathroom. Now that Neymar is alone with her, he starts to experience a rush of strong feelings brought on by baby fever. He watches as Lilliah's tiny fingers wrap around his own and feels an overwhelming desire to have a child of his own. Neymar couldn't help but think about how amazing it would be to start a family with you. He imagined teaching them how to read and write, playing sports together and taking them out for ice cream. He fantasized about watching them take their first steps, hearing their first words and seeing their first smile. He smiled to himself as he thought about how much he would love and cherish his child, and all the amazing experiences you all would have together. He knew that having a child would be an incredible journey and he looked forward to it with anticipation.
