The Long Awaited Adventure

Oh The Unexpected

Charisse was just finishing her care of magical creatures homework in the girls dormitory.
The girls were in Ravenclaw and though having much sense, never really understood the studying part. They just got lucky. It was sort of their thing. Charisse had dirty blonde hair with big brown eyes. Eve had dark red hair ( almost a dark brown ) pail completion, and hazel eyes. They were both the same height 5'2. Although that's not very important.
" Hey! Um... Do you have any idea what number 14 is? " Eve asked from her bottom bunk. "No idea, just make something up." Charisse responsed with no expression. "Ughhhhhh Charisse..... " Eve groaned. "Oh my god it's an Erkling! Maybe if you actually looked in a textbook, maybe you would know! " Charisse said sarcastically. "Not cool." Eve glared.
" It wasn't even that clever. " Eve retorted. "Alright...Alright, before you hurt yourself thinking too hard. " Charisse chucked. " Now I'm goin to bed. What about you? " Charisse asked innocently. " I'll do it right after I find out what happens on Lost." Eve said while gazing into the tiny screen of her IPod Touch. "Okay good night. " Charisse said sleepily. Eve said Bye and Charisse goes to sleep.
Eve had finished with her last episode of Lost and was about to get her pajamas on but something caught her eye.

'It's probably just one of the other girls Lockets or pocket watches or- what is it? '.

She paused for a moment to stare at it.

'I should probably just leave it Alone. If someone asks for it, I'll tell them where it is!'

And that was the end of that conversation. But she didn't even noticed, she had picked it up. She chuckled nervously.

'Someone has to be doing magic. This just a prank!' she thought.

She looked around the room. No one was doing anything. They were all asleep, like she was suppose to be.

'Ill just set this down back where I found it. This never even happened. Someone in the boys dormitory has to be doing it.'

It was logical, and it seemed like the right thing to do. Nothing bad was happening, so this had to be the right choice. She was setting it down, and just as she did that, a sharp, stinging pain went into her hand. She almost shrieked, she bite her lip. The pain was so bad. It throbed, and naturally bled. She dropped it and it made a surprisingly loud clunking sound, like a goblet hitting the floor. She frantically looked around the room. Some people stirred in their sleep but hadn't woken up. Accept one girl, Summer Davis, Canadian, and very beautiful. Summer had long blonde hair, pale, with cheeks like roses. Eve gently put her Care of Magical Creatures text book, Fantastics beasts and where to find them, on the floor,sat on her desk chair,opened a book called The Outsiders to somewhere in the middle a tried to look very concentrated on her book. And just in time. "Oh Eve. Still up?" Summer said sleepily. " Yeah, just finishing up this chapter. " Eve said trying to hide the fact she was freaking out and in much pain, she was still biting her lip. "It's curfew. You should be in bed." Summer stated. "My locket?I've just been looking everywhere for this. "Summer said without much expression. Eve was in shock. Someone in the same year as her? Evil? Or what was she? Eve did not
know but she sure was excited to find out. But she had to play it off cool. "That's great! Well, I'm pooped! I'm gonna hit the hay!" Eve smiled. "Oh.See you in the morning.Summer whispered. "Sweet dreams!" Eve whispered back. And Summer fell back asleep. Eve head suddenly beat like a drum.'

Not... More...pain....!' She thought, it hurt when she thought.

And she fell into her bed, without another word.
