We headed up the clouds of stairs. The golden light is getting bigger and bigger...

"Aaron, I don't know what lies ahead but I know that death wasn't the plan. I think in the future I would have caved in. I'm not as strong as you and that's a fact but I know on your cards you are not meant to be here. I wish the was something I could do. I wish I was strong enough to get you both to safety. Captain or not you were my friend and I panicked yet I wanted the worst... You remained calm and wanted the life you deserved of love and family. I just wanted my parents back... I'm sorry Aaron"

I took a deep breath and realised his bond with his parents is strong whereas mine is tough. My dad's a retired captain and sadly my mum well she's... MY MUM?!? "Cameron, my mum? Do you know anything... Is she here? Her name is Molly!" I can't believe this I've been so selfish... I've forgotten my mum...

"Aaron..."

"I bet she'll be happy to see me at last I'll have someone who's family here!"

"Aaron...."

"I've been selfish but maybe she'll understand because I've never seen her since I was young... I can't believe this isn't this great news Cameron?"

"Aaron... Listen..."

"Okay?... What is it?"

"Aaron... When you passed my parents looked to see if you have any family here to meet you on arrival... The search came out empty. That's when I said I'll be there for you when you awaken so I needed my parents to tell me when you were going to wake up... Nobody you know is here. I have no explanation for your mother except her being alive"

What?!? No... He's lying. "Cameron, your lying. My dad told me she died. Sorry. I mean you guys didn't know her so maybe the was a mix-up..." Cameron looked at me sad... "I feel awful for this. I wish you never had got awakened by that boy. I thought I could help you through this but I underestimated your problems and let mine take over. I'm sorry Aaron. We did do what we could to look for someone. You can even ask the person from above as my dad did but he confirmed there is nobody here for you."

My dad lied... "So I'm here alone? No distant relatives. Nothing?" Cameron nodded at me as we had now reached the top of the stairs.

"How is that possible Cameron?" Before we entered Cameron stood in front of me blocking my way... "You're a rare case, Aaron... I have no idea why this has happened but I'm sure the one from above has answers and I'll do everything I can to help you"

I've been an idiot. Cameron has done everything for me since before I awoke. The effort he and his family has done for me and all I've done is think of myself since I got here. I might not like these new surroundings but it's no excuse for my manners. "Cameron... Thank you. I'm also sorry for my behaviour I've been acting selfishly. You've done everything you can for me and I don't ever want you to blame yourself. This place is an accident. I don't blame the boy, you or Andy for what happened and I couldn't be any more proud of you for your sacrifice for that boy and I'm glad you are happy. You and this place... You are a much stronger man than I could ever be for your courage. I'm sorry Cameron".

Cameron hugged me "No need for sorry, this is a stressful time and I understand. Anybody would be upset if they woke up one day and everyone they loved had disappeared. You are a brave man and my idol... Captain. Now let's head in I'm sure it'll be good. My dad says he's a huge man!" I laughed a bit and followed Cameron inside...

"My dad said he was big... I never realised that big..." I looked at Cameron and then at the chair. It was massive I'd say the same size as a 100-floor apartment building. The rest of the room was empty. It was square but the walls, flooring and even the roof were made out of clouds.
