Hello my name is Helena, from Ottawa Canada, I do have a Tibetan name dawalhamo Tenzin (ཟླ་བ་ལྷ་མོ བསྟན་འཛིན), I went to Norte dame catholic high school in Carleton place. I am an artist, musician and writer and photographer. I am mixed race- Eurasian to be exact. I don't really subscribe to organized religion but I have to I choose buddhism of the Tibetan variety.
