Walking into the studio I can feel the tension I see GiaNina and Joanne at the front desk trying to talk to Abby "Good morning miss Abby." I say "Morning sweetie go into A and stretch okay." she hugs me and I nod in response doing exactly what she says sitting with brady and lily give him a quick peck and say morning I hear the girls aww ignoring Hannah's glare, our moms come in standing in a line Abby comes in ready for what's about to hit
"Thoughts and prayers won we almost almost had a clean sweep, we had 2 duets that hit a perfect score both Octavia, brady and Grayson was able to achieve what that's the 8th perfect score we've ever had and 5 of them has Octavia's name attached to it." She smiles "then we had 2 solos perform GiaNina and Hannah yes second and fourth looks really bad. which makes me regret not putting Octavia in" Abby says in a flat tone.
"Do you wanna know what looks bad miss Abby? is when you have parents in the fitting room attacking like a bunch of wolves at me and my kid." Joanne opens her mouth i shake my head knowing that's not what happened "that's not what happened." Jesus that was intense sitting in my usual spot next to Tricia, Stacey and Ashley "Well that was crazy." Michelle says I nod my head in agreement sipping my tea and listening to it. "Aphrodite how do feel about Octavia dancing blindfolded I've never seen someone do it." Ashely ask "It can go either way but the level of difficulty is high I know she can pull it off."

"We have light stands there battery operated 8 of them and there's 14 of yous there's a switch that turns them of and of course the dancing is a big part but the lights need to be perfect." Jake says " Its entailed love in the dark cool I know so lets start. James, Lena, Octavia, Kyle, Emma, Michael ,Tyson , Niki grab a light stand 4 at the front 4 at the back. ok jess and Alex start, then change to laken and Oliver run off stage chase and beck boom." 20 minutes later " Octavia Kyle front centre pick up point those feet, fall catch spin, run catch her forward roll point those fee-" Jake gets interrupted by Gianna "sorry but Abby needs Octavia for her solo." "Yeah of course we're done anyway see you tomorrow Octavia." I wave at them

"Alright Presley point those feet! Facial expression straight legs! Brady be geekily shy!" throwing my hands up in frustration " Stop stop Presley don't make me regret giving you this duet listen to instructions, alright your done for today Gianna can you get Octavia please." I ask it's never hard with Octavia and brady maybe I need to pull Presley. "Hi sweetie okay so your solo is called bird box as you know start stage left laying down."
"Presley is a good dancer but she's not giving me everything i want her to want things because if she doesn't than she's going home." Abby says
"I know Abby favours Octavia and brady but they never get yelled at it's not fair." Presley says

I want you to roll through with your splits, do a creepy pose can you do a split head stand but at the same time spin perfect." Abby instructs 25 minutes later "alright now can you pretend to snap your neck, good girl now from the top. instead of that Ariel can we replace it with a backflip now go again" "sharp movements, be careful with that backwards headstand, point those toes on the needle. Alright I'll see you tomorrow" Abby instructs
"I'm doing 4 dances this week my solo which is in the senior category, the elites, the senior company dance and my trio that I have no clue who my partners is I know it's going to be tough but I hope we do get a clean sweep this week." I say
