Chapter 7

I woke up with a smile plastered on my face. I don't know, I just feel happy even though my friends are away. I went downstairs to eat breakfast, while I was eating, my phone buzzed. Someone texted me.

From: Sophie McVey

 Cassidy! :) Any plans today? You can stay in our place for the night. I bet mom will cook something special.

Oh... I don't know. I don't feel like going out but I don't want to reject her favor. Again, someone texted me.

From: James McVey

 Hey love :) This is our last show in Bournemouth. You should come at my place. See you soon, I love you x

So it's their last show already, finally I'm going to see him. I do miss him a lot. I packed my things for the night and took a bath. I wore my blue jeans, gray jumper, and kicks. I went to the train station, bought my ticket, and rode the train.

I arrived at McVey's house. His family welcomed me, they missed me so much. I sat down for a while, then Mickey sat on my lap. I missed this precious cat a lot.

It's already six in the evening, I need to unpack my things and eat dinner with them. As I went inside James's room, I saw our picture in his coffee table.

The photo of him leaning on me while I was sleeping. I can't believe it's been five years. Anyway I'm unpacking my things, putting some of my clothes in his closet. Mickey went inside the room, I forgot to close the door geez...

After unpacking, I decided to take a nap first while Mickey's sitting beside me. I don't know if I took a nap or if I slept. I heard someone went inside the room, I reckon it's Sophie.

She's about to call me for dinner but I was sleeping. Mickey went downstairs already because I felt nothing was beside me. The duvet is so soft, James's bed is so darn comfortable.

I guess I woke up at exactly eleven in the evening. I checked my phone, there's a notification on Instagram.

@sophieemcvey: Aw, someone miss @cassidyk_shaw already. I bet @iamjamesmcvey is jealous.

Sophie took a photo of me sleeping while Mickey is sitting beside and looking at me. Like brother, like sister.

I went downstairs to see Mickey sleeping on the sofa. I went inside the dining room, there was a bouquet of flowers on the table and a pasta.

I bet James is already here but I don't know where he is. I ate the pasta, it's very delicious. I washed the dishes, took the flowers, and went upstairs.

When I opened the door, I saw James standing there, waiting for me to come inside. The flowers fell from my hands, I run towards him and I hugged him so tight.

I missed him so much! My arms are locked on his neck and my legs are locked on his hips. I felt his hands on my back, hugging me also.

He suddenly got his phone and took a picture of the both of us. I didn't look at the camera, my head's leaning on his chest. He uploaded it on Instagram.
