Invisble forces, we were as confused as you are. We slowly backed up against the wall, though we struggled, they were futile attempts and our failing arms were getting weaker by the second, lying limp by our sides.
It still pulled us back. The force. That was what the shadows whispered. Suddenly the lights started flickering and then shattered, leaving us in darkness. Surrounded by shards of shattered glass with lethaly serrated edges that could cut you like a knife and dig right in you. I thought back to when we were all children. Taryn (Me), Elyse, Ace and Dan. We were trespassing into our own school, which was closed down due to some 'body' found in the school, which we never took to intrest. While at the gate I remember flipping our specially made skeleton key into the lock and hearing a 'CLICK' as it unlocked. Soon after followed by our silent cheering as we crept into into the dark school. We headed straight towards where the music department was. We were constantly bashing the drums and strumming out tuneless notes whcih echoed throughout the eerily silent school, when all this started happening...
