And yet I face Vile again, his head leaning on a hand tilted as he rides in that annoying tank. A sick braggery of him to laugh at me again, but this time he won't stand back up. The revolver I pull from my hip and smash against the wall, hard enough for a spark as the weapon lights up a violent purple.
"Heh..."
Axl's body tensed up, head lent forward as his arm returned to his side, gem catching light to hide his eyes in shadow before he starts laughing quietly, then aiming the gun right towards Viles head. "You want to know what happened to them so badly!? Why I'm not fun anymore! Well? You killed them! You killed them and me with it! And now, I'll be the one to make sure no maverick walks or lives AGAIN!" He snaps.
A red boot is about to step forward but I only intervene with a hand against his chest. "....its too early, he needs to grieve. He won't kill Vile, we've seen this situation before." Zero looks down on me with a face mixed with pain and understanding. "I know, I love him too.. but we can't, not yet."
This will be a difficult and traumatic story, dealing with violence, death, trauma, and stress. Axl is a sole survivor of a final fight causing the passing of Zero and X. He goes down a very severe mental strain and snaps back on the ones he blames. "A Hero's Legacy" Is named such to provide a final answer, the death of a hero, and the rise of someone who died long ago.
