Ruhana treats Rahul Sinha who happens to be a well-known businessman. He’s stabbed severely and Ruhana is called to treat him. She feels something fishy and calls Anamika and Vineet. The couple happens to know the man as he came to seek security from the CID team. Vineet asks Ruhana to treat the man and keep them informed about the same. The lady agrees while Anamika and Vineet move to meet their seniors at Daya’s home. They inform them and ACP Pradyuman directs the team to visit Rahul’s home and enquire about his well-being and every other thing that can ask about.
Abhijeet, Vineet and Anamika reach Rahul’s home. Vineet rings the doorbell and at the same time Anamika’s phone rings. She excuses herself and takes the call as it’s from Ruhaana. She attends the call and is baffled to hear what Ruhana has to say.
“Ruhana, Mr Sinha thik hai na?” Anamika asks.
“Unka operation toh ho gaya hai, Ana, lekin wo coma mein chale gaye hai.” Ruhana replies from the other side.
“What? Ye toh bahut gadbad ho gayi.” Anamika speaks loudly.
“Yeah, lekin wo under observation hain. I am sorry, main unse zyada koi jaankaari nahi nikal payi.” Ruhana apologises and cuts the call.
***** Anamika looks at her husband and senior cum brother and informs them that the said man is comatose now and there’s no definite time that he’ll gain consciousness.The men sigh deeply while Anamika looks at them.
“Sir, ab hum unki family ko kya batayenge?” Anamika asks.

“Wahi jo sach hai. Unhe pata hona chahiye.” Abhijeet murmurs and rings the doorbell.

“Mujhe abhi bhi ajeeb lagta hai kisi family ko unke apnon ke baare mein aisi khabar dete hue. Mr Sinha thik toh hai lekin kab tak?” Anamika sighs.
“Ajeeb toh hain, Ana. Lekin yahi hamara kaam hai.” Vineet says bucking her up.
Meanwhile, the door opens and a middle-aged lady gazes at them. She’s unknown to them and so she asks for their introduction. Abhijeet introduces himself and his team as CID officers and informs the lady about Rahul. She seems to be his mother who panics at the moment. Roshni, Rahul’s wife comes to her rescue and questions Rahul’s whereabouts. Anamika comforts her and asks her to relax.
