Everyone in the Boiling Isles lives on the Titan. In Belos's throne room, there was always a huge beating heart hanging above his throne. In the promo, Belos is seen separating himself from Raine's body and lunging towards his throne. Meanwhile Raine...well it isn't looking to good for them.
Reason 2: Belos can Possess Animals
As seen in "Thanks to Them", Belos possessed a deer, rotting it to a corpse, and it's flesh peeled off. As creepy as it was, he also possessed Hunter, a grimwalker. It wouldn't have been long before he rotted, probably. Then Belos possessed a rotting corpse, and it's flesh also peeled right off the bone. It wouldn't be too far off course if he was able to possess the actual Titan itself.
Counter Claim
It would be a huge jump for Belos to possess the ENTIRE Titan everyone lives on. Though possible, the runtime for the episode is only 55 minutes long. The Collector is still a huge threat and it would seem a little rushed if Belos all of a sudden possessed the Titan if not executed correctly.
