Kyla's pov

I Kyla George solemnly swear that I will never play volleyball again. Its not a good idea when you have bruises all over your body.

Arianna and I went to the locker room and got changed. Then we headed to lunch. She kept on babbling about her 2 other friends Nicki and Jake while me and Miles were looking at each other amused.

We reached the lunch hall. It was a nice sunny room. We took our food and they dragged me to a table. There were 2 more people on the table, probably Nicki and Jake.

"Soooooo.....Kyles this is Nicki and this is Jake and guys this is Kyla my new best friend " Arianna sighed dramatically.

"Hey guys" I smiled at them.

"Heyooooo.....so where did you come from Kyla?" Jake asked.

"I'm from texas" I replied politely.

We started talking and when all of a sudden I heard a screech from behind me.

"Ohhhh jake babyyyyyyy" a girl who was wearing close to nothing and her boobs literally flowing out from her top said seductively. Her face was caked up with makeup as if she fell in a bucket of flour and her voice which she thought was 'seductive ' made her sound like a dying donkey.

Hmmmmm.

Nope I take that back. A dying donkey sounds better than her.

I saw her sit down on Jake's lap and latching their lips together. Jake pushed her off himself as she fell to the ground.

"Hailey...I've told you a billion times that I'm not interested in you" Jake said angrily.

"But baby...." she whined.

Did she think she was sounding cute? She sounded like an injured horse. I chuckled at my own thoughts.

She whipped her head towards me giving me a death glare.

"And who the fuck are you?" She asked angrily.

"I'm....... UNSTOPPABLE, I'M A PORSCHE WITH NO BRAKES I'M INVINCIBLE" I started singing.

Ari, nick, miles and jake started cracking up while the fake ass barbie doll looked like she'd murder me.

"STAY AWAY FROM JAKEY, HE'S MINE" She yelled at me.

"Does he have a on sale sign?" I asked

"Bitch you dont know who you are messing with. My daddy will throw you out of the school." She seethed.

"Doesnt your daddy know that he should throw trash out of the school like you and not awesome things like moi" I sassed back.

She took a step in front of me and raised her hand to slap me. But before she could do it I held her hand and twisted it behind her back. I nodded satisfied when I heard a crack.

"OWWWWW MY WRIST" she started wailing.

"Be glad it's your wrist right now because the next time you dare raise a hand on me I'll pull your acrylic nails out and make you eat them. Understood?" I seethed.

She nodded and ran away with her minions.

Arianna and Nicki were dancing and cheering for me and Jake and Miles were looking at me amused.

I gave them a small smile and went outside to get a fresh air.

I honestly dont know what came over me. I wasnt usually this mean. But when she tried slapping me I lost it. It was like I couldn't deal with such people anymore.

I sat on the grass seeing the wind blowing and the leaves on trees fluttering. It felt so good. After all those years I stood up for myself and boy did that feel good.

I started humming the same lullaby. It brought me peace. Whenever I was feeling overwhelmed I sing this. I closed my eyes still humming thinking I was alone, but little did I know someone was listening to me sing this the entire time.

Alessio pov

The way she handled herself with Hailey was amusing. Hailey was a bitch. She always wanted attention from us but with our reputation she backed off and moved on to the 2nd hottest group of guys Miles and Jake, the soccer dudes.

But a part of me was proud too of how kyla handled herself. I watched her leave the room and go the ground.

I went after her just to see her cry I swear. Not to see if she's ok or not. Ya I dont care about her.

When I came across her I heard the one thing which we could never forget. The lullaby dad had written and used to sing to us when we were little. And guess who was singing it.

Kyla...
