The sound of Joy's alarm going off woke up from her sleep as she clutched her pillow that she had between her arms
She groaned as her eyes fluttered open the golden light shining through her curtains
She reached over to her night stand as she grabbed her phone turning the alarm off
She threw her feet over the bed as they touched the cold ground which made her shiver slightly
She trugged her way to her closet as she opened it before grabbing a few clothes
She yawned as she tiredly got dressed in black washed jeans and light gray too with a black star in the middle and black converses
She didn't bother to dress too fancy as it was her day off
She grabbed her purse as she stuffed her keys and phone inside
She then went out to buy groceries to make breakfast for herself as she forgot to buy them the other day
She got in her white car and drove to the store a few minutes later she had got the groceries as she packed them in the trunk
She closed the truck as she made her way to her car door before she bumped into a person
The person fell down as she hurriedly reached to help them
"I'm so sorry!" Joy apologized as she went to grab the persons arm
The person quickly pulled their arm away as they looked up at her
The person and Joy's eyes made contact and joy swore she knew the person she just couldn't put her finger on it
"I-im sorry but do we know each other" joy asked with a confused face as she stared at the women
The woman without saying anything got up and left as joy watched as she hurriedly ran away
"Weird" joy muttered as she opened her car door getting in
Little did she know that, the person she just saw was a childhood crush of hers.
