ELIZABETH WASN'T IN New Zealand anymore. The photos she posted on her Instagram were from two weeks ago, when she immediately flew to the country when she saw a blog post about it.

She spent the week hiking and swimming, eventually meeting girls who were on their summer break and invited her to stay with them for the days she had left. With a sliver of hesitance, she said yes after spending the day with them doing activities they had planned prior to meeting Elizabeth.

Even though the girls had been an amazing host to her, her deciding to leave at dawn was a coincidence. A coincidence that she woke up at four in the morning and packed her things, then leaving after an hour to catch her flight back to France.

It's not like she was ungrateful for the free bed and food because she was, it's just that she never stuck to one place longer than a week, a rule she's made ever since she decided to start.. whatever it is she's doing.

Elizabeth has made one too many silly rules, too silly and too many for a woman that did not like rules at all.

1. Never stay for more than a week at a place

2. Never say your real name

3. Don't share any personal information

4. Never let anyone know where you are

5. Never interact with the same people again (or try not to see them at all)

It wasn't hard for her to follow these rules. Nothing made her want to break any of them yet anyway. What she does may seem dangerous and different to others, but to her, it brings her a sense of belonging, adventure and serenity. She loves what she does and doesn't plan on stopping anytime soon.
