Scramble The Orbs Pt. 2

Jaden and Leo are just putting in the final details on Leo's invention when Adam walks in the lab.
Leo sees him and immediately gets up.
"Hey Adam," he said and took a breath, "attack me."
Jaden looked in amusement.
"Oh, no, no, no. I know how this works." Adam refused.

"First, you tell me to attack you and I say 'no', and then you taunt me till I snap. It's not gonna happen." he continued.
Then Leo throws an empty water bottle at him and he snaps.
"Oh, it's on, little man!"

Adam goes to attack him when the Attack Orbs appear above Leo. Adam stops and looks at them in confusion when their green lights turn red to indicate that they're about to attack.
They shoot lasers at him and he's thrown down on the floor.

Jaden laughs and holds his stomach.
Adam groans in pain. "Oh, no! The Christmas ornaments are turning against us!" he exclaims and gets up in an attack pose.
Jaden laughs harder and falls off his chair

"Leo... did... you... see... his... face!" he says while he's laughing.
Leo joins him in the laughter.
The Attack Orbs go away.
Leo then calms down and says, "Nope, you just got pulse-waved by my latest invention, Attack Orbs."
Adam looks at him in confusion. "Huh?"

Leo then proceeds to explain to him about what they do.
"Uh, impressive. But have you ever thought about just lifting weights or working out?" Adam asks him.
Jaden snorts and chuckles.
Leo looks at him not amused.
He ignores Jaden and says to Adam, "I designed them to protect you from Douglas and Krane. If I'm gonna be a true inventor, I have to start making things without Big D. And if I prove myself, maybe he'll eventually let me be his business partner."

Eddy then appears in the tablet on the wall.
" Right, 'cause every billionaire needs an incompetent relative who brings nothing to the table. "he teases Leo.
Jaden chuckles." Good one Eddy."
Leo looks at Jaden in betrayal.
Jaden raises his hands and says," Hey man, I'm just playing. "
Leo looks unconvinced and glares at Jaden.

Then Chase walks into the lab and Adam gets an idea in his head.
"Speaking of..."
"Hey guys." Chase greets and Jaden greets back. "Hey Chase."
"Chase, why are you attacking Leo?" Adam said before he pushed Chase towards Leo.
The Attack Orbs appeared above Leo and he waved at Chase as they shot him onto the ground.
Adam exclaims "Awesome!" and high fives Leo, only to also be attacked by the Orbs.
Jaden gasps and freezes in shock.
"Remind me not to get close to you."
Adam and Chase groan on the floor then Adam says, "Do it Again!"

Jaden chuckles and prepares to leave.
"Welp, thank you guys for the entertainment but I gotta get home. My aunt is making her famous blueberry pie."
Leo gasps and runs towards Jaden.
"Oh my God, it's been so long since I had Margaret's blueberry pie. Can I please go with you? Plus it'll give me a chance to hang out with Janelle." Leo begs.
"Sorry Leo, but it's family night, meaning no outsiders. Bye."
Jaden hurries out of the lab.

"Honey I'm home!" Jaden exclaims as he enters his home for the next few months.
"Ha ha very funny Jaden. We're in here." Aunt Margaret calls from the dining room. Jaden walks in and breathes in the smell of a homemade blueberry pie and exhales in joy.

"Lemme go put my bag in my room and I'll be back." Jaden hurries to his room  and puts down his bag on his bed. He goes back down the stairs to the dining room where his aunt and cousin are.
He sits down on the chair facing Janelle.
"Let's commence the ritual of the engulfing of the sacred Aunt Margaret's Blueberry Pie." Jaden said in a dramatic monotone voice.
Aunt Margaret and Janelle laugh at him.
