Rui walked upp to the rooftop to see his shining bright star, Tsukasa. He smiled instantly as he sat beside him.
"What do you have today?!" Rui asked, eagerly.
Tsukasa sighed and smiled brightly, "my luncheon!" he spoke full of pride, Tsukasa made all of his lunch on his own and added extras for rui.
"well you see..i forgot my lunch!" rui did a fake little sob as he looked at the cake tsukasa set on his lap.
"here..cake!" tsukasa knew rui loved cake, he found it adorable watching rui eat it. He didnt understand why he found it cute and just thought they were just general friend feelings..
Rui leaned close to tsukasa as he ate the cake. Cherry blossoms had fell on the ground from the sudden bloom of cherry blossom trees. Tsukasa often brung rui to a park where the trees were and usually rambled about shoes. Rui enjoyed Tsukasa's voice. When he wasnt shouting, it was soft and gentle and pleasing to listen to.
"Rui, can we go hang at the cherry blossom tree after school?"
"of course, tsukasa!" rui smiled. "how could i refuse!!" he laughed softly as he rested his chin against tsukasa's shoulder.
After they ate, they both departed to their lesson. They were both equally excited to see eachother, theyre feelings for eachother only growing stronger minute, by minute.
After school, Tsukasa waited for rui by the cherry blossom tree. He hummed softly to a song rui had enjoyed. Rui made a playlist for tsukasa of songs he had enjoyed, tsukasa loved listening to it..mostly because it gave him more things to relate to when he spoke to rui.
"Tsukasa im here!! sorry i took so long..." rui panted as he sat down and smiled. "i made us bracelets..yknow like matchinjg bracelets?" theyre not as good as emus friendship bracelet but i work hard on them!"
Tsukasa stared in happiness at the bracelets, falling in love even more. "theyre perfect rui! ill never ever take it off.."
This caused a big grin to set on ruis face..he beamed happily from tsukasas approval. Tsukasa started his usual ramble before pausing and hugging rui, squeezing him so tight he mightve exploded. Rui stared in surprise as he hugged tsukasa back, going red in the face like a tomato.
"thank you for always listening rui..im so glad you still find me interesting.." tsukasa whispered, squeezing rui more.
"tsukasa..of course, i love you and your voice..and your talks and your lunches and you in general." rui muttered very quietly.
"what was that rui?" tsukasa looked up confused.
"no, it was nothing.." rui smiled softly.
