I was chillin with my bestie Rico and he's been tryna hook me up with one of his boys but I wasn't really into dating at the moment being as though it's only been two months since my last relationship. He swears up and down that this guy would be perfect for me and say that he's throwing a party this weekend and that we're both going. Knowing Rico I have no choice but to go. "Well what kind of party is it?" I asked and he smirked "it's a pool party so you know what that means, to the mall we go for a swim suit" Rico and I been friends since freshman year high school, we're in our mid 20's now and he knows I only been to one pool party in my life and it's wild. I hardly own any swim suits since then.

Rico grabbed his keys and we got in his car keys and we left to hit the mall. Once we got there I was looking in the swimsuit sections and I was really struggling to find a good swimsuit. Rico was getting a little irritated while holding a lot of bags "y/n my arms getting tired" he whined and I looked at him "sir you're strong asf stop it" I picked up this black bikini and showed it to him "what you think about this one?" And he looked at me blankly "out of all those colors you pick black...get the red one, you thank me later" he said pointing to the red one. I picked it up and got it.

After shopping Rico went home to get ready and I did too. He came back to get me around 7:30pm and we headed to the pool party that this friend of his is having. When we got there it was definitely lit and lots of people dancing, drinking and I seen some girl get thrown in the pool and I was shocked. Rico got me a drink and told me to have fun. I decided to sit at the edge of the pool and Rico disappeared somewhere leaving me by myself "no he didn't just disappear" I said to myself, I looked around and sipped my drink and saw Rico talking to this other tall guy and no lie he was really handsome. I can tell rico was telling him about me the way he pointed and this friend of his looking right at me and smiling then he dapper him up and he started coming my way.

I felt myself get a little hot seeing him come my way and found myself adjust my bikini before he came and sat beside me. "How you doin ma? My names Berlin, you new in the city? I've never seen you before" he said real smooth with this smile that was definitely contagious. "I'm good, and no not new I just don't get out much but I'm here thanks to my friend rico, the name is Y/N by the way"

We talked all night and had fun, he's so sweet and funny, an extreme flirt but I loved it the party started to die down and people started to head home except for me, rico, berlin and their friends pg and dontai. We was just chilling in the house now. I had a change of clothes just in case cuz I know rico don't go straight home whenever we be out. I freshened up in the bathroom putting on a pair of shorts and a crop t shirt and I came back out into the longing room where everyone was watching a movie and I sat down and Berlin came and sat right next to me and we really hit it off well and I peeped rico looking like a proud dad hooking this up.

Throughout the rest of the night me and Berlin been flirting not even paying attention to the movie. Over time everyone fell asleep in the living room.

I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom but couldn't get up cuz Berlin fell asleep on me and he's heavy asf. He looked cute sleeping so I didn't wanna wake him but I really had to pee. I tapped him a few times but he didn't budge. Was able to slide from under him but then he jumped up from me moving. "Sorry didn't mean to wake you, I just need to use the bathroom" I told him "don't be sorry I didn't realize I slept on you, thought you was my pillow" I giggled at that then finally used the bathroom. Once I was done berlin met me outside the bathroom like as if he was waiting for me to come out. "I just gotta tell you something, I'm definitely feeling you, you're beautiful and I would love to take you out on a date if that's ok with you" he said and I blushed instantly. "Yes of course I'd love that" he smiled at my response and we exchanged numbers to keep in touch. We both went back into the living room where the other guys was still sleep.

I didn't think this party and hook up would go so well but I'm glad it did thanks to rico bringing me out here, I definitely owe him one.
