It started off so great. We met like most teenagers did, in school. He was the cutest guy, so all the girls drooled over him. I didn't, I guess I just never felt the need to. I just wasn't interested in a acute guy with an ego.

But once he looked at me with his dimples and the sparkles in his eyes everything changed. I decided from that minute forward I was gonna talk to him.

So the next day at lunch I sat with him but he was alone which was odd because he usually had a swarm of girls surrounding him. So I sat down and he looks up at me with a smirk as my heart melted.

I was shocked to see him doing homework because I took him as a bad boy who doesn't care. So I asked him if I could sit down and he said,"I would love that."

Once I sat down it was almost as if one had crashed to a halt and we were the only two people in the world, corny I know. He abruptly pushed his homework to the side and brought all his attention to me which made my cheeks turn red. The whole time during our conversation he seemed so interested. We learned so much about each other. In the back of my mind I kept thinking why he showed all this sudden interest in me.

Then he asked me out! So of course, I accepted. That night he picked me up, in his car, and we went to this diner just outside of town. We had a really nice time and when he dropped me off at my house he told me he loved me. Which I thought was kind of odd for a first date but I just brushed it off and said goodnight.
