it has been exactly 6 months since y/n broke up with her ex boyfriend "jayden" now this hurt chris's feelings, mostly because he had a massive crush on y/n

but also because him and y/n were super close before, like almost closer than her and nick. so obviously when y/n got with 'jayden' he didn't like chris from the start.

and jayden made y/n drift away from chris and the triplets in general, this was until about 3 months into their relationship y/n found out he was just using her and was cheating on her.

now while this was terrible y/n was a bit happy that now she can go back to happy usual life with the triplets, so that night she went over there and explained everything.

and like she had hoped everything went back to normal, in fact things are better than ever now. especially her relationship with chris as she finds herself having a small(large) crush on chris herself.

"MATT" i yelled busting into matt's room, "what chris?" he asked looking up from his phone, "can we go on a late night drive like we used too? we can get y/n and get mcdonald's, Pleaseeeeee??" i jutted my lip at my older brother seeing as how he finds it funny.

"oh god- sure," he sighed "get your shoes on you dork" matt waved me off as he stood stretching. "Yes!" i raced into nicks room to tell him.

"we are going for a late night drive, we are picking
y/n up and getting Mcdonald's" i told my oldest brother excitedly.

"y/n!!" he gasped and shot up, "yes y/n!" i said in the same tone, he just smiled at me as i went downstairs sliding my crocs on and texting y/n seeing as how i didn't exactly tell her these plans.

i smiled to myself as i set my phone down slipping on an oversized fresh love hoodie i definitely didn't steal from nick or maybe chris idek.

i put on some black legging things and my black crocs because i'm stylish. i brushed throughout my hair and called it good enough, i had went out earlier so i had some makeup on from that.

basically just had mascara on because what else would i wear? anyway i grabbed my phone and went downstairs waiting on my couch.

i grabbed my wallet and made sure my door was locked before walking out and shutting it and sue enough there sits matt's van in my driveway.

i scurried over to the back seat to see chris sitting in the back, he usually sits in the front seat next to matt but i'm not complaining. i've found myself having a small (not small at all) crush on chris.

"hi nick" i smiled "y/nnnnnn" nick smiled as matt started pulling out of my driveway, i looked at chris and we just shared a smile.

"hello matthew" i said "ew never say that ever again i don't like it when you say my full name, makes me feel strange" matt shivered dramatically as i laughed.

"y/n look at this" chris laughed at his phone as he scooted over so he was now in the middle seat showing me the video. "oh my god-" i laughed as he showed nick and matt and we all laughed as chris was now laughing so hard he rested his head on my shoulder his body feeling limp from laughing so hard.

after he sat up he set his hand on the seat next to mine, i didn't realize how close we actually were until i noticed his knee touching mine making my face blush a bit and me staring at our hands that are almost touching.

i glance at chris who was also just looking at our hands but quickly looked up at me, i just smiled and grabbed his hand holding it properly as he smiled back.

we went back to watching videos on his phone until we pulled up at a mcdonald's, "what do you want y/n?" nick asked "just get me some nuggets and a sweet tea" i smiled.

"alright nick smiled back as me and chris died laughing again, "that's so funny for no reason" i said wiping my face as if i was crying.

we got our food and ate laughing some here and there, me and chris continued to hold hands the whole time. matt giving me little faces in the rear view mirror.

once we arrived home i went to get out but chris stopped me "will you stay here for a moment with me?" he whispered i just smiled and nodded.

"you guys coming?" nick asked popping his head back into the van, "just give us a moment" chris smiled and nick gave me a look.

they both left and went inside as chris turned to me now holding both my hands, "i missed this, i missed having you around y/n," chris looked at me.

"i missed this and you too chris" i smiled, he just kinda looked at me for a while rubbing his thumbs on my hands before speaking up.

"i really like you y/n" he breathed out, "i really like you too chris" i smiled now chris's face being a blushing mess. "awwww you're blushinggg"

i teased as he covered his face with his hands, "awww don't cover you're face lemme see" i giggled grabbing his hands away from his face and he just looked at me with a dopey smile on his face.

i smiled back before he hugged me, "i love you- y/n." he said unsure of his words at first but pushing through "i love you too chris" i kissed the top of his head as he pulled back and looked at me.

he looked between my lips and my eyes a few times before i just smiled and closed the gap between our faces lips locking onto one another.

(why was that so awkward to write 😐)

after pulling awake from lack of air he just giggled laying his head on my shoulder for a moment, "wanna go inside?" i asked running my fingers through his hair.

"are you going to stay tonight?" he asked looking up at me, "i don't see why not" i smiled placing a kiss to his forehead.

"let's go" he smiled.
