Spider and Max were arguing."woah" Neteyams friend says."hey" Neteyam said realizing where this is heading.They argued louder.Max pushed the shorter boy back into a tree.Spider threw a knife at Max.Max used his abilities to catch it."HEY" Neteyam and Loak yell.The two boys look at them."you guys need to get it together" Neteyam says."Also go ahead and pass the knife over" Neteyam says holding out his hand.Max gives it to the creature.Loak quickly grabs it from his brother."nope" neteyam says as loak pouts."apologize" Loak tells both of them.Spider looks up at him.

"Sorry" Max says."Sorry" spider mumbles.It was starting to get dark.spider looks around."c-can we go back now" He says."why" Neteyam asks."its...cold" Spider lies."no its not" Max says."whats going on" Loak asks.Everyone walks closer to him.Spider backs,back into the tree."its just..dark"Spider says."are you scared of the dark-yes im scared of the dark" Spider cuts nateyem off.Neteyams friend snorts.Spider looks down."hey its alright" Max says putting a hand over Spiders shoulder."yeah we wont let anything happen to you" Loak says.Spider nods.They continue walking.Neteyam touches every sparkly plant to light up some of the way.Max looks back at spider.He was looking around after every small sound."wanna get on my back" Max asks spider.Spider looked exhausted and a bit scared.He was the only human in the group after all.Max was only half human.Though he looked full human.So he was still stronger."im to heavy" Spider says.Max grins."i promise your not"Max says.Spider nodded.Max bent down.Spider got on top of him and they continued walkimg home."wow your really light" Max says as he does squats.Spider rolls his eyes."keep walking"Spider says."oh and um..im sorry.For being an asshole earlier.Like actually sorry" Spider says."its ok.I was being an ass to" Max says."so were ok right" Spider says."why are you so worried.It was only a little figjt" Max laughs."becuase i dont wanna loose you..I dont wanna stop being friends" Spider says.Max stops.He somehow shifts spider to the front of his body.His hands on Spiders inner thighs now.Holding him up.Spider looks at him."i would never.I love you spider" Max says.He kisses spiders forehead.Spider lays his head on maxs shoulder.max carries him like that the rest of the way.Spider slowly drifts to sleep."awww" Neteyam teases."shut up" Max says.They make it back home.he sets spider in the hammock and get in next to him."i love you" Spider mumbles.Max smiles."i love you to" Max says.Spider cuddles up against max.Max felt his tail move.He wrapped his arms around the shorter boy.Both soon falling asleep in eachothers embrace.
