mi-ae POV ~~~~~~~ cheol in my class, yay. I mean, I have mixed feeling about him cause like I don't hate him but he isn't really my friend. Just my roommate for the next 6 months... "Oh hello, you must be the new student. Kim cheol was it?" Your late for your first day I see, next time come five minutes before the bell alright?" She told cheol that while taking out attendance. From that, I could hear some giggling in the back after some kids hearing his name. Or maybe it was just in my head and I'm going crazy. Both are equally frustrating. "Class this is Kim- cheol, he's our new student so make sure to be nice." She says. She scans the whole room just to find a convenient empty seat right next to me. Ugh I knew having an extra desk not taken would eventually be an issue. If only Yunhui, jiseon or even that Song-i girl was in my first class of the day, but it's only me and jihye. " you may sit next to miae, raise your hand miae." I put my head down and raise my hand up. I could hear his footsteps coming near me, as they increased, but I just kept my head down. I glanced right at him and he was paying attention to the lesson. I sigh out of relief, thankfully no one recognized the reference of those pop stars. Cheol POV ~~~~~~~ I could really care less if miae was in my class or not, as long as I had my straight A average every year than I'll be fine. I could feel miae eyes on me for a second but I didn't look back at her. Eye contact is one of the things I don't like. I try to focus back to the lesson, but I could hear her snoring. She should've slept earlier last night, i break a small smile but quickly stop myself. She's literally one of the most annoying and sensitive girls I've met, I'm only here to live with her for a few months and then I'll probably never see her again. " HWANG MIAE! wake up!" The teacher shouted as she slams the ruler she's holding onto her desk. "huh? What did I fart in class.." miae says half asleep, quickly lifting her head up. The whole class starts to giggle at her comment. She looks around, while rubbing her eye. "This isn't nap time. Pay attention to the lesson. This is already your 2nd warning." "Yes ma'am". after a few seconds, miae face went from being neutral and sleepy to her eyes wide open and she was turning red from embarrassment. She covered her face, from what seemed to be "the world" and sulked the whole time in class. I Palm my face quietly, and I could feel her staring at me a little bit. my god, miae.
Miae POV ~~~~~~~ Okay what the heck just happened. that was so embarrassing oh my god !! Ugh right now I just wanna crawl up into a ball and hide from the world cause that was not funny at all. This time I knew for sure that I heard laughing from behind, I'm gonna be known as the dumb weird girl! My grades aren't that good already, but to add onto weird is so frustrating. I was probably overthinking this cause the truth is no one cares enough really but if I mess up again like this, that title will stick to me for the rest of middle school. I look back at jihye who just gave me a worried smile. The 5 minute bell rings and my classmates are packing up already getting ready to leave. "Oh! Just to mention, since cheol is new I will give everyone and extra day to get it done." The teacher says, giving cheol the work. your telling me I could've waited a day, getting a good night of sleep just for it to be due tomorrow. Maybe if I slept good that night, I could've skipped out on that embarrassing moment instead of taking a nap in class. UGH I wish she told us that on the original day.. I try to look on the bright side though, it least I have it done. Plus I get to sleep as much as I want when I go back home. The bell rings, and next period starts. Everyone immediately gets out of there seats and leaves the classroom, I look back at cheol just to find out he left super fast. I didn't even get a chance to look at his schedule, to see if we have more classes together. How unfortunate. . ♡ . . ♡ . . ♡ . . ♡ . . ♡ . time skip . ♡ . . ♡ . . ♡ . . ♡ . 3rd person- miae POV ★ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It's been a few days ever since cheol came here. She was exhausted from school to pay attention to cheol. She fell asleep instantly in her school clothes, which her mother would yell at her for but it was a long day. Unfortunately, that nap she was planning to have was interrupted by growls from her stomach. She already forgot to pack lunch in the morning, and only had breakfast today. She tried motivating herself to get up, and make "food" (but to be honest they were more like struggle meals). Her mother was out with her friends shopping, and her father wasn't home yet from work so they couldn't cook for her. She saw her father once in awhile in the house but not much cause work is very busy. Kinda like cheol parents, but everytime he saw miae he would give her something special or treat her. Miae smiled, she did miss her dad and he would understand how miae feels. She finally gets out of bed, and wabbele out her door. She was half asleep and could barley open up her eyes, as she was sliding out of her room, she felt something bumped into her. She instantly lost her balance and tried holding onto the door frame, hoping it will help her from falling down. But then that wasn't exactly helping so she put her weight onto whoever was there, and eventually just toppled over.. who was it ?, she rubbings her eye, clearing her eyesight and it's. Cheol?
(A/N): okay yes I'm posting both chapters on the same day, but it's not gonna hurt haha. I'm gonna be honest, I could've wrote more but I feel like this was a good way to end it/ better transition to the next chapter, I actually planned out an idea for once in the next chapter, 5 :). (Writers block might choke hold me again soo the next chapter will MAYBE be out by next week I hope, or sooner depending on my mood."
