We heard thumping footsteps coming from the stairs I hid behind the purple sofa I used to hide behind when I was little because I didn't want to be hit. Then my step dad came down the stairs well I think it was him it was a green lizard really tall and the old women said that's defiantly your dad. He's the evil lizard. Where's my mum and my sister and brother then I whisperd to the women. I don't know maybe locked up let's find out. "Dad stop what you are doing right now" I screamed. He looked up in shock and came charging towards me. I ran for my life the old women said you go I will sort him out. I didn't want to leave her but I had too. I ran upstairs locked my bedroom door. My heart was beating so fast. Before I was just a normal girl. When I was looking around my room to make sure nothing had changed I heard a huge thump on the wall coming from next door I tip toed out my bedroom to next door then locked the door. Oh no it was my brother and sister all tied up. Mum Jess luke are you all ok. I'm so glad to see you said Luke Jess and my mum. I'm so sorry for leaving you guys I was just fed up of dad. on I'm going to stick up for myself. As we ran down the stairs my mum got a frying pan from the kitchen and chucked it at my dads horrible slimy green tail. Ew my mum said as she through it. He's tail cut of and when that happens you loose all your powers that's what the lady told me. Yes my dad was drafted. The old women said thank you for helping me it's been a lovely few weeks. We called the police after that and my dad was taken away. Me and my mum and brother and sister lived happily ever after. That was my story!!!
