*Y/N's POV, present day, 1968 Ringo*

I find myself in the bus station of N.Y.C. I wasn't paying attention to where I was going, I just had to get out of here. I ignored my ringing phone, and held my head in my hands. I wasn't going to answer the phone to be yelled at more. He didn't care then, he doesn't now.

*Ringo's POV*

"God damn it Y/N pick up please..." I muttered. They stormed out while we were having an argument at Apple Studios, and ran to the nearest bus station. At the time, I will admit I was bloody pissed, but now I'm so worried. They won't answer my calls, and they leave my texts on read. At least i know they've read it, though probably doesn't believe it. What if they're in trouble? What if they're hurt? What if they're-

"Ringo?"

I'm snapped out of my thoughts by a concerned looking Paul.

"You alright mate?" He questioned, worry filling his hazel eyes.

"I'm fine Paul. I'm just worried about Y/N. They haven't texted me back since they stormed off, and they've been ignoring all of my calls."

"Yeah I saw that, they looked proper pissed didn't they?" Paul remarked.

"Yeah, and I feel like utter shit. Why did I say those things? They didn't deserve that."

"Well, there is a way you could try and catch them..." Paul said under his breath, but still audible.

My eyes lit up. "How!? Do I still have time!?" I practically shouted.

"First, relax drummer boy, second, the bus station has 2 busses headed to the same place, one right after the other. If you hurry your arse up, you could catch Y/N as they're headed off the previous shuttle." Paul explained

That was all I needed. I grabbed my coat and phone and raced to the station. I hear Paul shout something I couldn't make out, but I didn't care. I had to find Y/N before it was too late. I made it to the bus stop, ran to shuttle, I saw it closing from a few feet away, and jumped into the shuttle.

I made it i thought
"I MADE IT!" I shouted, not realizing the bus actually had other people in it. I mutter an apology under my breath as people stared at me. My nerves didn't settle though, I'm still worried about Y/N

*Y/N POV*

I wipe my tears away as I start to gather my things to head off. I would have to come back to N.Y.C Eventually, but definitely not right now, especially after the argument I got in with Rings. I see the other bus arrive, but I don't pay much mind.

"Y/N! Darling wait!"

I see Ringo practically tripping over himself trying to get to me.

"Oh you're fucking kidding me! Ringo why do you think I left!? You're the last person I want to see right now!" I spat.

"My love, please! Wont you give me a chance to apologize!?" Ringo pleased

"No!" Tears swelled my eyes as I continued. "What you said was unforgivable! I don't know what to think of.. YOU!.. you!" I fall to my knees as I continued to cry. Ringo didn't speak. As I was in my Moment of tears, Ringo kneeled down and cupped my face in his hands.

"Darling, I am so, so sorry. I should have never said those things, and I will spend all my life trying to amend if you ask me to do so. I love you so much. Please come home..." His words soft and gentle, like he knew how fragile I was in this moment.

I nodded and allowed him to pull me up. He brought me into the warm embrace of a hug. I could feel his hair and warm breath on my neck, and his hands playing with my hair. "Let's go, love." We take the next bus back to N.Y.C. It was getting quite late, and I was getting tired. I ended up falling asleep while leaning on his shoulder. He was surprised, but liked it as he played with my hair and wrapped his arms around me the whole way home. I fell asleep in the car as well, but not wanting to disturb me, Ringo carried me into my house, and onto my bed, and left leaving a note.

"To my darling, I apologize for not being able to stay, the guys wanted to do one more recording session, when you wake, I was thinking you could meet me there, and we could go out for a nice cup of tea. Let me know your answer when you get over here.
- Signed Ringo."

When I woke up I saw the note on my bedside table, smiled, and got ready.
