It was a regular start of the day for the crows. And per usual, two certain volleyball players came way earlier than they were supposed to.
At 5:37, a certain raven approached the gym entance when he noticed a tangerine waiting for him
"BAKAYAMA!!!" The tangerine jumped onto the setter who managed to keep his balance, "You take forever!!!"
Kageyama just rolled his eyes at the whining tangerine, "Get off Boke before I drop you." And with this, the tangerine hopped off the blueberry who just sighed while the tangerine pouted
"Oh~ the king ordering his peasants this early in the morning? If so, where are my orders, your majesty?~"
The two turned around to find the owner of the voice and were greeted by a smirking blonde and a snickering green bean
As Kageyama was about to yell at the blonde, he remembered what Daichi had told him when they were cleaning up the equipment
"And remember, if you and Tsukishima get in another argument, I will call Oikawa and make you stay by his side an entire day."
Kageyama just shut his mouth and turned away from the blonde pouting because he couldn't make a comment
"Oh? What's this? The king doesn't have a retort?" The blonde teased, trying to get the Blueberry to speak, but Kageyama just clenched his fists and sat against the wall. Earning a surprised stare from the tangerine.
"YOU BROKE KAGEYAMA YOU HUMAN SALTSHAKER!!!" Hinata pointed at the blonde and started ranting about how the 'human saltshaker' broke his best friend.
Instead of listening to the tangerine's complaints, he stared at the blueberry leaning against the gym wall, confused as to why HIS king hadn't argued back like usual
"Tsuki? Are you ok?" Tsukishima snapped out of his thoughts and looked at his childhood best friend with a raised eyebrow. "You spaced out for a second." The green haired boy looked at the blonde worried, but the blonde just sighed
"I'm fine, Yamaguchi." Yamguchi just replied with a small nod
"What are you four doing here so early?"
"And didn't I tell you not to come this early, you two!"
The four just looked to where the voice came from and were greeted with their captain and vice captain
"Calm down, Suga." they saw their captain massaging his forehead
"Hmph, fine, I'll let it slide." Suga rolled his eyes while the captain just sighed and walked towards the gym door, unlocking it.
As the six walked inside, three more people arrived
"Hello Ennoshita-San, Kinoshita-San, and Narita-San!" Kageyama greeted the three boys who just did a small bow
"Oh look, the king speaks!" Tsukishima said, trying to agitate Kageyama, who just sighed and walked away towards the club room
Leaving confused faces and a proud captain, "So he did listen after all!"
"Daichi-San?"
"Yes, Hinata?"
"Are you the reason Kags has been ignoring Tsukishima?" Hinata said, looking at his captain, and his question intrigued the blonde who decided to listen as well, not liking that his king was ignoring him
"Yep!" Daichi said, looking proud and causing Suga to just smile and shake his head
Just then, Kageyama came out of the club room talking to Yamaguchi, who had decided to join him after he realized Tsukishima wasn't listening to him
"ROLLING THUNDARRR" Everbody turned to the Oh so familiar cry that had run straight into Ennoshita
"Noya! Please be more careful. You just ran into Ennoshita!" They all looked over to find their ace standing with a 'better looking' - though only one person agrees- Narita.
"Oops, sorry, Enno." Noya said, looking at the brunette who was dusting his pants off
"It's fine, I guess." Ennoshita replied
"Well, I see everyone's as lively as ever today." They all looked over to find a beautiful Ravenette standing in the doorway next to a blonde casting a small wave to the players
"KIYOKO-SAN!!!" Two boys yelled, causing Ennoshita to cough a bit, looking at his boyfriend, who just sighed and walked over to him, pouting while Asahi just watched his tiny boyfriend with a sigh
"Now that everyone's here, get changed, then let's start practice!!" Daichi announced
Kageyama and Yamaguchi, who were already dressed, decided to just stretch and talk for a little bit while the others changed
Nobody really knew because they always saw Yamaguchi and Tsukishima hanging out, but Yamaguchi and Kageyama are great friends.
