You were the resident good girl of your school and the main target of every boy at school. You were also incredibly shy, so you usually avoid all of the boys. Ronin, well, he was the resident bad boy, as well as a football player, so he was usually surrounded by girls. He always found you fascinating, because you were the only one that didn't throw yourself onto him.
Ronin's POV
"There she is, reading again," I muttered to myself. (Y/N) (L/N), the good girl and scholar. Whenever any boys are around, she sinks into her own little world and completely ignores everyone else.
'I need to get her alone somehow. Well, my grades are slipping, and if I don't get them back up, I'll be kicked off the Football team. I can ask her to be my tutor.' I got up and walked over to (Y/N)'s table.
Your POV
I felt a light tapping on my shoulder, and I look up to see who it is.
"Oh, Ronin. What do you want?"
"Well, aren't you all warm and fuzzy today? I need your help. My grades are slipping, and I was wondering if you could be my tutor, seeing as you have the best grades in school." I roll my eyes, is this man serious? "Fine, but don't think I'll become one of your fangirls, buddy."
After School
Ronin's POV
She's cute when she's focused.
"RONIN! Focus! Do you want to fail your classes?"
"S-sorry, I got distracted." I rubbed the back of my neck. I focused on the lesson and took notes, but once I got home, all I could think about was her.
Your POV
After School
I think I'm starting to regret becoming his tutor already. He was distracted for most of the lesson, but I pulled him back to reality, and he finished his homework. Once I got home, he occupied my thoughts. No, he's just like all the others, he only wants you so that he can add another conquest to his list.
The next day
Another Football player tried flirting with me. He pinned me against a wall and tried to kiss me, but I kicked him where the sun don't shine, and I ran to the library. I opened the door to find Ronin sitting at a table, on his computer working on something.
"Hey, need any help?" I quizzed, my voice sounding shaky. He just looked up at me and gestured for me to sit.
"What happened? You seem a little shaken and don't try and ignore the question. The guys often complain about how you ignore their advances. After morning practice, one of them was talking about how he was going to make you his after-school today in an empty classroom." I proceeded to tell him what happened, and he offered me some comfort. "Thanks, Ronin, you're not as horrible as I first thought."
"I got my work done anyway, so we can just go home." Ronin walked me out of the school, and we parted ways. 'I think I might have a crush on Ronin, nope, I definitely do.'
