It's a story of the Town named Keara where Kuea and Lian both belong. It has the custom that most of the children get married before they reach their teenage years to prevent children from loving someone who don't belong to their race. Even though it is malpractice but people of this town belive that marrying or loving someone from different culture is part of getting against God. So Mostly parents select person for their children and marry them before their adolescence . But after tieing children in bond of marrige they don't bid farewell immediately but secure it till the age when children's are able to understand the bond. Generally Farewell is done in late adolescence generally between 15 to 18 .
