Dr. Velma Dinkly steps out of her old and reliable VW Beetle, which she named "Mystery Machine", in front of Gru Memorial Hospital. She adjusts her purple glasses and takes a deep breath before walking towards the entrance. As she approaches the entrance, she spots a familiar figure on a nearby bench. Dr. Gandalf the Grey, wearing his usual long grey robe and smoking a joint, sits on the bench with a contented smile on his face.

Velma walks over to Gandalf and gives him a warm smile. "Good morning, Gandalf. Ready for another exciting day at the hospital?" she says.

Gandalf chuckles, "Indeed I am, Velma. It is a beautiful day today. It seems like the weed gods are smiling upon us." He takes another puff of his joint and passes it to Velma.

Velma politely declines and sits next to Gandalf on the bench. "You know, I still don't understand how you can smoke that stuff and perform surgery," she says, laughing.

Gandalf grins. "It's a gift, my dear Velma. A gift from the gods of Middle Earth," he says, as he exhales a cloud of smoke.

Velma shakes her head in disbelief. "You never cease to amaze me, Gandalf," she says, playfully punching him on the arm.

The two doctors sit on the bench a little longer, chatting about their plans for the day, before making their way into the hospital to start their shift.

As they walked towards the hospital entrance, Dr. Velma noticed that Dr. Gandalf's eyes were even more bloodshot than usual, and his walk was a bit unsteady. She couldn't help but ask him if he was feeling alright.

Gandalf chuckled and waved her off. "I'm just fine, my dear. Just had a good night's sleep, that's all."

Velma didn't seem convinced, but before she could say anything else, they reached the hospital doors and went inside.

Once in the hospital, they went their separate ways to start their respective shifts. Dr. Velma walked towards the ER, while Dr. Gandalf headed towards the nursing station.

As Velma walked, she couldn't help but notice how busy the hospital was today. Patients and their families were everywhere, doctors and nurses rushing around trying to keep up with the demand.

Just as she was about to enter the ER, she spotted Dr. Aisha Tyler walking towards her with a clipboard in hand.

"Good morning, Velma," Aisha greeted her with a warm smile. "Ready for another busy day?"

Velma smiled back, feeling a sense of comfort at the sight of Aisha's friendly face. "As ready as I'll ever be," she replied. "How's it looking in there?"

Aisha shrugged. "Same old, same old. Lots of patients, not enough staff. But we'll manage, we always do."

Velma nodded, and the two doctors entered the ER together, ready to face whatever the day had in store for them.

...

Dr. Tigress took a deep breath and tried to relax her tense muscles as she changed into her scrubs. She couldn't shake the feeling of disappointment in herself from the day before, and the weight of her mistakes was heavy on her shoulders.

As she was about to put on her lab coat, Gandalf walked into the locker room. "Good morning, Dr. Tigress," he said, his kind eyes crinkling at the corners.

Dr. Tigress gave him a weak smile. "Good morning, Gandalf. I'm sorry about yesterday. I messed up pretty badly."

Gandalf chuckled. "Don't worry about it, my dear. We all have off days. The important thing is to learn from our mistakes and move forward."

Dr. Tigress nodded, but she still felt like a failure. Gandalf seemed to notice her distress and reached into his pocket. "Here, have one of these. It'll help you relax."

He handed her a small brownie, and Dr. Tigress eyed it suspiciously. "What is it?"

Gandalf grinned mischievously. "It's a special recipe of mine. It'll calm your nerves and make you feel like you're floating on a cloud."

Dr. Tigress hesitated for a moment, but then decided to trust Gandalf. She took a bite of the brownie. It had a very sweet and inviting taste. Tigress immediately scarfed down the rest.

As she sat down on the bench, Gandalf sat next to her. "You know, Dr. Tigress, I've been doing this work for a long time, and I've seen my fair share of mistakes. But the most important thing is to not let them consume you. Learn from them, but don't let them define you."

Dr. Tigress nodded, feeling a sense of peace wash over her. She felt grateful for Gandalf's kind words and for the mysterious brownie that had lifted her spirits.

"Thank you, Gandalf," she said, smiling genuinely for the first time in days.

Gandalf patted her on the back. "Anytime, my dear. Now let's go out there and do some good today."

Dr. Tigress stood up, feeling renewed and ready to face the day ahead. As she and Gandalf stand up to walk out of the locker room, she knew that she could handle whatever challenges came her way. However, just as she is about to head out, Dr. Count Chocula stumbles in, nearly tripping over his own feet.

"Whoa, watch out there, Count!" Gandalf chuckles, helping him regain his balance.

"Sorry about that," Count Chocula grins sheepishly. "I think I had too much cereal this morning."

Dr. Tigress can't help but chuckle at the comment, feeling a little more at ease. "It happens to the best of us," she says, grateful for the lighthearted moment.

"Hey, Tigress," Count Chocula says, his clumsy demeanor only adding to his charm. "I heard about what happened yesterday. Don't sweat it too much. We've all had our fair share of blunders."

"Thanks, Count," Dr. Tigress replies, feeling a bit more relaxed now. "I appreciate it."

As they head out of the locker room, Gandalf hands Count Chocula a brownie, insisting that it'll help calm his nerves. "Hey, if it worked for Tigress, it'll work for you too," he jokes.

Count Chocula takes a bite of the brownie, grinning. "Mmm, not bad, Gandalf. Not bad at all."

Dr. Tigress was feeling a bit more relaxed now that she had Gandalf's support, and was enjoying the banter between him and Count Chocula. Just as they stepped out of the locker room, they ran into Dr. Elrond, who looked flustered and stressed.

"Elrond, what's going on?" Gandalf asked.

"We have an emergency surgery in the OR, and we need all hands on deck," Elrond replied. "I need you three to come with me and assist."

Without hesitation, the group followed Elrond to the OR, where they saw a patient lying on the operating table, surrounded by a team of nurses and surgeons. The patient was unconscious, and Elrond quickly briefed the group on the surgery that needed to be performed. The patient was a young girl, barely out of her teens, with a ruptured appendix. Her life was hanging in the balance, and time was of the essence.

"Alright everyone, we need to move quickly and efficiently," Elrond said. "Tigress, I need you to assist me with the incision. Chocula, I need you to keep an eye on the patient's vitals. And Gandalf, I need you to prep the tools we'll need for the surgery."
