Cale Henituse as Junko Enoshima

She ends up in the Birth of the Hero which she read while monitoring the THH killing game because she was bored. She wakes up as Cale Henituse and she actually made herself look good on purpose and she plans to bring and spread despair in the TCF dimension later on by repeating what she did before. Everything goes as the novel but her fainting and stuff was on purpose to make others think she's weak. She uses He/Him/They/Them pronouns and also besties with the antagonists.

Cale Barrow as Mukuro Enoshima

Wakes up as Cale Barrow before he was a reincarnator. She doesn't hold any grudges against Junko as she knows that she did everything for despair which she fully supports. She was told by the God of Despair that her sister join her soon to her delight and so she started her preparations . She pretended to die on the temple but is still alive but in a different form and is disguised as Cale's butler. Cale also pretended to seal the God of Despair and she uses he/him pronouns. 

Abilities: Ultimate Soldier, Ultimate Despair, Cosplayer, Actor, Guaranteed Kill, Double Agent, Two - Faced, Mastermind Buff, Ability to Identify Transmigrators, God of Despair's Saint, Founding Member Buff, Game Master, Regen, Copycat, Guaranteed Act, and Reincarnation.

Bud as Kokichi Ouma

He ends up in the Birth of the Hero after he dies in DV3, he wakes up as the 13 year old Bud and everything goes exactly like the Novel did but Bud just lies a bit more, but when is he not on the TCF? He's best friend with Cale, Clopeh and Taylor. He lies a lot which was normal for the others since he made sure that Glenn won't suspect anything.

Abilities: Ultimate Supreme Leader, Guaranteed Act, Two - Faced, Ultimate Liar, Ability to Identify Transmigrators, Antagonist Buff, Drama King, Mastermind Bluff(For pretending to be the mastermind), Sacrificial Buff and Immortality

Jack as Toko Fukawa

She wakes up as a male after dying of old age in THH and finds herself in the Birth of the Hero, she wakes up as the 9 year old Jack and everything goes like the novel with a couple of changes, she also uses he/him pronouns and he also have abilities. He still kills people which he had become accustomed to and is now a well - known killer in this dimension as well.

Abilities: Second Personality, Guaranteed Kill, Ultimate Writing Prodigy, Ultimate Killer, Ability to Identify Transmigrators, Blood Buff (Only available as Genocider Sho), Yandere and Immortality

Taylor as Byakuya Togami

He wakes up in the Birth of a Hero as a 12 year old Taylor after dying in his execution (I don't know which game or where but if you search how he dies it will pop up). He tried to pretend and act just like Taylor but he can be very mean sometimes. After he became paralyzed he had to keep his anger in for fear of suspicion but after meeting Cale and he was healed he became best friends with Clopeh and whenever it's only them three he can become very much an asshole.

Abilities: Ultimate Affluent Progeny, Kind Act, Suppression, Mean Act, Total Asshole, Two - Faced, Plastic Buff, Antagonist Buff, Ability to Identify Transmigrators, Anger Issues, and Immortality

Clopeh as Nagito Komaeda

He wakes up after dying from cancer because as you all know the killing game he was in was digital. He wakes up as the 6 year old Clopeh. He still thinks of himself as trash but had to change personalities because suspicions might arise. Everything happens just like the novel and right after meeting Cale he immediately saw her as a stepping stone for hope. He now thinks of Cale as his God. 

Abilities: Ultimate Lucky Student, Sacrificial Bluff, Antagonist Bluff, Ability to Identify Transmigrators, Ultimate Unlucky Student, Psycho Buff, Self - Hatred Buff, Calculations, Survival Instinct and Immortality.

Valentino as Celestia Ludenberg 

She reincarnates as Prince Valentino when she died in her execution when the prince was newly born. She built tons of Casinos and Auction Houses on the Caro Kingdom as she misses gambling though in disguise when she do so. She uses He/Him pronouns of course. No one suspects him as he pretends to be a warm crown prince to his people and he had known that Adin was lying so he played around him. He loves gambling with Cale and Kokichi as they are a real challenge to deal with.

Abilities: Ultimate Gambler, Poker Face, Greed, Double - Kill, Etiquette Expertise, Guaranteed Act, Witch, Killer Buff, Joker, Ace, High Luck, Ability to Identify Transmigrators, Fake Identity, Two - Faced, and Immortality

Pendrick as Mikan Tsumiki 

She became Pendrick after she dies in execution as a 7 year old Pendrick. She was a skilled healer as a bonus of her being the Ultimate Nurse. After finding out that Cale was Junko she made sure to tell everything she know and game him all of her support. She still feel unsafe in this world as she was born as a handsome man and feared that she may be assaulted once again. She uses he/him pronouns.

Ability: Ultimate Nurse, Healer, Ability to Identify Transmigrators, Injury Specialist, First Aid Knowledge, Medicine Creator, Identifying Injuries, Double Kill, Killer Buff, Seduction, and Immortality.

Others:

The DRV3 isn't fake neither is it just a game for entertainment but is a real killing game that was made by Monica and the players were remaining survivors and made the killing game as an entertainment form for her. 

Cale purposefully made his reputation better so suspicions will be avoided as he is planning in recreating what he did in his past life as Junko. Spreading Despair and plunging the entire continents to Despair. He plans on putting his "Allies" to a killing game.

Alberu and Choi Han is attracted to Cale in a romantic way but Cale is more interested to Adin as he was fully evil, handsome, and cunning. 

Cale didn't kill Adin that was a clone and Adin is currently disguised as a butler. Though Adin did lose his leg, but thanks to Pendrick that was solved easily. Adin has black hair that fades to cyan with his hair like Barbatos. He's Cale's main butler other than Ron. Let's just say Ron wasn't happy.

The other Gods actually find the killing games entertaining that's why they transmigrated the antagonists of the killing game to the TCF dimension for their Entertainment. The sealing of the God of Despair is nothing but a scheme and the God of Despair was never sealed in the first place.
