He is gifted in dark magic. He can perform rituals and occult spells. He is skilled in human sacrifice.
He tattoos occult symbols on his body so he can be one with his power.
He likes to hang around dark alleyways. Dio always finds himself in trouble because of it.
He is emo. His favourite bands are Linkin Park, My Chemical Romance, Slipknot, Green Day, Nirvana and Fall Out Boy.
He behaves very erratically and impulsively. He seeks attention.
He has a fascination with police psychologists. He feels comfortable in opening up to them.
He has his own cult of devil worshippers that he surrounds himself with. They murder people left and right across New York City, and use them as sacrifices.
He is a real nuisance to the NYPD.
He is the lead singer of his own punk rock band called The Devil's Sin.
He is like Eddie Munson, Spike from Buffy and Hannibal Lecter rolled into one. So beware....
