The first thing Seokjin did the moment he wakes up, was to dress up and head out straight to the company to request for an appointment with CEO Bang.
"Bang-nim, first of all the penthouse exceeds my expectation. Everything was great, but you know there is something amiss about the furniture. I'm referring to the couch. The couch is too big and it doesn't meet the aesthetic of the house. And you know, I can't focus on reading the manuscript because of the couch. Its just not right."
"Straight to the point Jinnie. I've only have 5 minutes before I leave for a meeting."
"I need sofa. Preferably a small one. The current couch we can send for cleaning and then placed it at our staff lounge?"
Right before CEO Bang could say a word, Jungkook barge in "Hyung! I can't stay in the penthouse!"
"Yes JK. Pretty sure its because of the aesthetic. Fine this is the company card, take it and go shopping for the new sofa. I have already messaged the driver to bring both of you around and informed movers to bring over the couch to the staff lounge. I have a zoom meeting, so both of you need to leave. Like now."
The two begrudgingly leaves the office. It was definitely not in their plan to be stuck together for furniture shopping. Despite JK has been working in the company for quite some time, he has never gone against CEO Bang. So here he is, stomping his way to the furniture shop with his pretend boyfriend, muttering to himself "Why can't Jimin be my pretend boyfriend."
Strangely, Seokjin felt affected by the comment. He shouldn't feel this way. After-all, they are not in real relationship. He dismissed off the thoughts, also ignoring Jungkook's tantrum at the side. Once they reached the destination, he happily skipped his way around looking for the sofa leaving Jungkook on his own.
Seokjin has been rounding the shop multiple times. He has shortlisted a few but is fickle on the choice. Also he felt it was not right for him to make decision alone since they are staying together. He turns around to find Jungkook to seek his opinion. After a while, he found Jungkook at the corner sleeping soundly on the brown sofa.
"I've made up my mind. Miss, we'll choose that brown sofa."
The staff was perplexed with Seokjin's decision,"But Seokjin-shi you haven't even try sitting on that sofa yet."
"It's ok. I'm pretty sure the sofa is comfortable."
Seokjin went back to the sofa to wake Jungkook after settling the payment and delivery arrangement. He was feeling elated with the purchase. Furthermore, he is thankful for Jungkook who despite his tantrum earlier on, waited patiently for Seokjin. Seokjin too has a childish side in him, especially when he is overjoyed. Without any thoughts, he went nearer and instead of waking Jungkook up normally, he decided to tease Jungkook instead.

With his cheekiness, he whispered near to Jungkook's ear "Let's go Jungkookie. They'll send the sofa today! Thank you and come quick the driver is waiting!" and quickly left.
The ticklish sensation managed to wake Jungkook up, but he was still in daze. It was too fast for him to process what the hell happened and he is also unsure if he heard it correctly, "Uh...Jungkookie?"
