The morning sun was shining brightly, and the birds were singing as usual. The sounds of the forest were calming, but not for the three people currently walking on the dirt path leading to the Cold Palace.

Izuku, Shoto, and Katsuki were on their way to meet Jennette Margarita, and Izuku was not looking forward to it.  She wasn't Jennette Alpheus anymore after the current Duke immediately divorced her. Well deserved he'd say.

He tried to calm his nerves by looking at the scenery around them, but it didn't help. All he could think of was his mother and how this woman had caused her so much pain. He could feel the anger boiling in his chest, and he knew he had to control it. He couldn't let it get the best of him.

As they approached the mansion, they could see the gates opening, and a woman dressed in a fancy gown came out to meet them. It was Jennette, and she had a smile on her face. It was so obviously fake in his opinion, what the hell is this woman planning? And what the hell, she has the audacity to wear fancy gown when none of those belonged to her?

"Welcome, welcome," She greeted them as she approached them. "I am so glad you could make it. Please come inside."

Izuku tried to hide his distaste as they followed her inside the mansion. Everything was so lavish and expensive, and he couldn't help but wonder how much of it was paid so she could live comfortably in this Palace, her aunt is just a countess, who has no right to meddle in the Imperial Family matters anymore after Jennette entered the palace.

As they entered a large room, they were greeted by the most lavish room they had seen.

"Welcome, Prince Elpidius," She said as she lead them inside the room, "It is an honor to have you here."

Izuku didn't say anything. He just nodded his head in acknowledgment.

"Please do take a seat while I go prepare some tea," Jennette said.

Izuku forced a smile on his face as he shook their hands. He didn't want to be here, but he had to do this for his mother's sake.

They all sat down, and Jennette began talking about how horrible it was to be living in this cold place. Izuku listened intently, trying to keep his emotions in check. He didn't want to give her the satisfaction of seeing him angry.

As the meeting went on, he couldn't help but notice that Katsuki and Shoto were tense. They were both looking around the room, as if they were waiting for something to happen.

Izuku knew that they were both trained to be heroes, and he wondered if they were picking up on something he wasn't. He decided to trust their instincts and kept a watchful eye on their surroundings while he calm himself down on not attacking the wench in front of them.

Suddenly, the door burst open, and several armed men rushed into the room. They were wearing masks, and their intentions were clear. They were here to attack.

Izuku sprang into action, using his quirk to fight alongside with his lovers. Katsuki and Shoto attacked the masked people, using their own quirks to subdue them.

In a matter of minutes, the attackers were defeated, and they were all safe.

He sighed as he kicked the guy back as he looked back to his lovers, but they were unconscious. Everything was dark, like a void. It was petrifying. What is this?

Where's Jennette? He rushed to his lovers's side while on guard. He felt a presence behind him. He sharply turned around and saw Jennette with a deranged look on her face, on her hands was a sword with a blackened blade.

"No hard feelings, your highness," She sneered like any villain he had seen, "But everything was mine to begin with, you and your mother are in my way, getting what is rightfully mine,"

Izuku gritted his teeth as he stood in front of his unconscious lovers, protecting them from Jennette. He knew that he couldn't let her get away with this. He tried using One for All, but he couldn't for some reason, was she the cause of this?

"You're the one who took everything from my mother!" Izuku exclaimed, his anger boiling over, he has to stall her, he couldn't let her hurt two of his boyfriends, "You're the one who's in the wrong here! Nothing here is yours!"

Jennette laughed. "Oh, please. You really think that's going to work? You're just a naive little prince who doesn't know how the world works. Your mother should have taught you better, oh wait! You don't have one!"

Izuku felt a surge of anger at the mention of his late mother. He had to control himself. He couldn't let his emotions get the best of him.

"You won't get away with this," Izuku said, his voice cold and firm. "You will face the consequences of your actions."

Jennette just smiled. "We'll see about that, won't we?"

She lunged forward, and Izuku had no reaction time because of his anger and lack of quirk. The woman stabbed with him the sword, that now he realized was coated with black magic.

Izuku fell to the ground, bleeding all over the floor. He glared at her, breathing heavily, his anger still simmering while he bleed.

"You will pay for what you've done," Izuku said, his voice shaking with emotion as he could feel his surroundings turning black.

Jennette just laughed. "You can't do anything to me. You are not from this world, you can't do anything to me, you bastard child,"

Izuku just glared at her. "We'll see about that. Justice will be served, Grandfather would never let you get away from this,"

She laughed loudly, and smirked at him, "Stupid Prince, I already have,"

She then disappeared in a black smoke. Izuku was heaving, everything in his body hurts. He has no idea what kind of magic this is despite recognizing black magic. Where is everyone? Were Kacchan and Shoto alright?

He didn't know how long they have been here, but he could here footsteps running towards their direction, he turned his head to the door as it burst open. It was his grandfather with everyone else behind him.

"Elpidius!" He shouted in horror. Izuku guessed it was because of the sword impaled in his stomach and his blood leaving his body. He felt himself being carried to his grandfather's lap. He could hear him shouting at Sir Robane to get the healers and magicians for the three of them.

His grandfather was cursing up a storm about this. He felt his eyelids getting heavy.

"Open your eyes, Midoriya!" Aizawa-sensei's voices seems faint.

"Stay with us, Elpidius!" His grandfather shouted in horror and possibly something else. Probably his mother's death was playing in his head.

He could see the others were speaking, but he couldn't hear them, his eyes were closing. But his last thoughts were;

Mother...
